The whole purpose of ordering from Jimmy johns is because its freaky fast.. thats why they limit there delivery range and thats why I choose to order from Jimmy johns but this order by the time I get it will have taken 1hr to be delivered. So im getting a sandwhich thats just been sitting around getting soggy for over an hour. Ive ordered from here numerous times and never had an issue. But can guarantee that this will be a last. Order just got picked up 20 minutes away and has drop offs along the way…. seriously will never order through Jimmy johns again. Absolute joke its been this long and then they use a 3rd party service that takes their sweet time all long the way. If I wanted to use uber eats I would have ordered through them.

Everyone was nice. Sandwiches were made quick. The sandwiches were mostly wrap, not at a lot of ingredients. A little disappointing. Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in years. I guess they’ve had to cut back.

Every time I go to this location my sandwiches have been made improperly. Only reason today I am visiting is because of a discounted sandwich. Upon this visit I only received one Sandwich and had to to go back and get my second. When asked the supposed to be manager their name the lady said it was jonnie Carter and refused to give me the general manager name and contact info and she stated she was being harassed lol. I am not sure what type of education one must have for Jimmy Johns to allow them to work for them but I’m pretty sure everyone should be aware to give GM contact info when requested. I need to be contacted ASAP. Unacceptable behavior.

Today was my first time visiting this location because I’m not from the area. I was waited on quickly and my food was fresh from the bread, to the meat, to the lettuce. I actually loss my ring and had to call back and the Manager went out in the lobby and took time to look for it and found it. I’m so grateful!

Do not go to this location. Gm said her name was “Johnny”, horrible customer service. Got my kid a sandwich and when he was eating it, we noticed MOLD on the bread. She tried to say it was impossible because they “cook their bread twice a day” and that it could’ve gotten dirty from a tray. Basically telling me I don’t know what’s MOLD looks like and that there’s a possibility that her employees gave me a DIRTY SANDWICH THAT WAS MEANT FOR A KID! No apology or anything just said she’ll put something with my number. Trash person, trash location. Go somewhere else.
