I started eating there recently. As a huge fan of Thai food, I find the dishes very delicious. Had red curry and pad thai already and for sure I will be back. The prices are reasonable. If you order food inside, you will have to wait a while as the place seems to be quite popular. Absolutely recommend 🙂

Taste wise it’s a good place. Ingredient wise it could use improvements: only 2 shrimps in the soup and few cashew nuts in pad thai.
Furthermore, I told and showed them a bag for them to pack the food in. The cashier told me the bad would be insufficient. When the food was ready she told me I only paid for one bag and should use my own bag; all the food fit in my bag and was perfectly fine for transport. Seems like I was scammed out of 10 DKK.

And now im back again. Nothing changed except you are busy as hell and food still exceptional 2 years after last time I worked here. I stay 6 years in Thailand and come occasionally to Esbjerg for work.
I always go here and i like t that i can look right into the kitchen where Kanda herself makes all the great food.

I have been admiring Kandas dishes since the establishment of the place, I have been watching the place expand in terms of interior and number of employees which wasn’t surprising how-ever I realized that the food standard started to decline ( the dishes were either overcooked or undercooked ) which was quite a disappointment, probably because the dishes are now left in the others that lack the ” Thai touch” for its dishes and can have a negative impact on customer retention in the future.
How-ever still a great place to eat, and currently the best Thai place in Esbjerg, but the question is for how long?
