Ive consistency enjoyed this Wendys as the food is fresh and hot. I would recommend the double stack burger and the cheesy baked potato. They are delicious and if eaten slowly, completely satisfy the average adult. The beef is tasty, I don’t get all of the ingredients just tomato, onion, and mayo. That’s my go to. I smother the creamy cheese sauce wifn butter and sour cream. Mm good!

I placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive thru for 2 burgers, fries, nuggets , and a drink.
We got to the speaker and said we had a mobile order , the worker said okay but when we got up to the window she forgot to check us in so we had to wait even longer. The chicken nuggets and fries were good, the sprite was not good and our burgers were missing ingredients.

I don’t typically write reviews for fast food places, because a lot of them are your standard 1-3 star review fare, generally not impressive. However, the folks working at this Wendy’s are really nice, they’re happy to help you and take your order, and in my experience they take the time to actually make sure your order is right, unlike a lot of other fast food locations. I typically just do drive-thru but every time I’ve gone inside its been clean and well-maintained. I dunno what they’re paying the younger girl with dark hair that seems to be either an assistant manager or manager (she seems to always be leading the charge), but whatever it is, it’s not enough. Everyone here deserves a raise tbh.

Love this location! Have not been indoors but at drive thru it takes a bit more time but sacrificing time for quality is not an issue for me. I always get fresh stuff it seems. Nice customer service from my multiple experiences. Just don’t expect it to be insanely fast, but it’s worth the couple minutes as I never get compromised product. Biggie bags and this month.. Boo books for frostys! Watch out for those zombies tho.

Rolled through this morning with a car full of complex orders because of allergies and Kim at the window had our backs. She was such a boss. She handled that order with really upbeat friendly demeanor and kindness that made our day, honestly. Promote her.

Wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. Lack of work training and sensativity training was evident. 2 attempts at using debit cards when their machine was down, was told to go order at kiosk. Seriously needs customer service training as well.

The food is always hot and fresh, but the price of that is that the wait times are the longest in the area. Sometimes I have to wait up to 20+ minutes for a fast food order. It’s a clean and modern location but there are two things I always experience: The garbage is always overflowing and the ketchup dispenser is always empty or doesn’t work.

Clueless on allergies. Asked what entrees were gluten free and was told everything on the menu has gluten (Wendy’s website is more helpful). Obviously this location’s staff didn’t want to deal with actual questions on a slow Sunday night….
