I’ve often written reviews asking. What has happened to great service and great hospitality, well, I have to say I was blown away today at my local Starbucks. Although I do not know his name but the gentleman working the drive through window. Just blew me away with great service. Great hospitality and a great personality.

Stopped by Starbucks today and treated myself to an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Cold Brew with Pumpkin Spice Cream—because pumpkin spice season is finally here! The drive-thru was quick, the drinks were perfect, and I even grabbed a Puppuccino for my fur baby who loves Starbucks just as much as I do 🙂

Staff is friendly.. but the atmosphere was lacking
. It was not relaxing. The Staff was very loud and i go for noise .. so when u say they were loud. I could only hear their conversations which were not work appropriate. Several people kept looking at them because it was too much. I dont go to listen to other people’s issues with politics or personal issues.
I usually enjoy this particular Statbucks but not the last couple times I have sat in.

This is absolutely the best Starbucks! Customer service is always great, and the drinks are made consistently every time. This is not the closest location to me, but it’s the only one I frequent.

Spacious location. But, I did have a weird interaction with a barista. I was taking a picture of my coffee (she wasn’t in the shot) and she thought I was recording her. She said, “Sir, don’t record us.” I told her I wasn’t, then said that a better question was to simply ask “Are you recording me?” She said nothing, so I’m saying it here in case she didn’t hear me. I wasn’t recording her or the staff. And to make sure she doesn’t think I’m recording her, I’ll grab coffee and work at another location moving forward. Thanks.

One of the employees that was working when I just got my order was working so well, she got 3 drinks out in like 2 minutes and I was very impressed because I was secretly in a rush but I did not want to stress the worker. She took her job very serious, and I was very impressed by the work she did.

This was my first experience at this location. I was able to get my food and drink choices. The staff was friendly. We were greeted when we walked in and our order immediately taken. Our order was quickly prepared. We had a great experience. Parking is a little crowded since it is in a strip mall. This location has a drive thru.

This Starbucks mad weird. They pick and choose which cups to fill up! How you fill up my “ in a venti cup “ with milk but only do it half way today . Learn how to do y’all’s job and have common sense. Cause I’ve been working with Starbucks for 3 years.
