Horrible customer service. They don’t know he to speak to people. There was an order that was cancelled and instead of telling me it was canceled for some reason they made me go call different stores. I was expecting my pizza and never received it. Don’t order from this location it’s a waste of time.

We’ve ordered for pick up a few times, and they usually always seem to be busy. We always try and time it so it doesn’t sit there for too long and get cold, but we live less than a mile away and I almost always have to heat up my food again. One time, one of the Ranch sauces were open, and they forgot an additional that was ordered. But last night, they gave us an entirely wrong pizza order. Box clearly states Hawaiian and we got some Halloween special Jack-o-latern one that you also had to cut yourself (thank goodness we had a pizza slicer, a regular knife would had been extra annoying). Moving forward, we will definitely have to check our boxes before leaving!

The stuffed crust is alright. it’s what my kiddo likes along with pepperoni. I recently discovered the NY style which exceeded my expectations.
The crust is pretty good. It’s crispy, airy and has those little bubbles. Papa John’s Pizza is pretty good. I’m not sure why I never bothered with them before but this isn’t a bad pizza. I got the pepperoni and sausage and used the app and picked it up. The location was tiny but person at the counter was a total pro.

The pizza was a little difficult to order. I had problems ordering . I found it took me a long time . I think something was not working correctly. The pizza was very good and cooked properly. We enjoyed it and frequently order from the Morris Park Store, but this time we went to Tremont, right off Southern Boulevard. It was very good as well . Some creepy folks in that area; proceed with eyes open.

I ordered a pizza with no meats or cheese. This is what they delivered to me. The DRIEST & sauce-less pizza. I asked for a refund and they laughed in my face. This is the 2nd time they did this. This place is TRASH.

I ordered via the papa John’s app and the courier dispatched via Door Dash made an honest mistake. Happens to the best of us.
Upon receiving a flipped order, Elario heard my concerns, asked to provide a photo of the incident (as one should) and made a timely assessment.
Please give this employee a bonus for the service and kindness he provided me today – The delivery driver with the locks deserves praise too! (Didn’t get his name.)
