I had the blue cheese burger and it was absolutely amazing – perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The drinks were fabulous, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Great atmosphere and an all-around fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Outdoor seating was very nice to have lunch, waitress was very friendly and shared points of interest. The food came out after a short wait. The burgers were cooked to perfection. Dont skip the fries and salad was large for a side item. Good spot to have a meal

Regular pub and sandwich restaurant in the front, but the 20 person Speakeasy through the cold freezer is exceptional with live music and total hipster vibe – special custom cocktail menu with about 20 options (see menu pictures) and a $10 cover is added to your bill. It’s totally worth it, underground, and apparently very difficult to get into. Filled with beautiful people, art, and a visually captivating light up bar. The staff and bar tenders were very friendly and loved their jobs. 11/10 just exceptional and a unique experience in the heart of South Lake Tahoe that’s totally off the map, unassuming, and hidden. Just loved this!!! Thank you sweethearts

**Review of the Speakeasy in South Lake Tahoe**

Having visited many speakeasies around the world, I was excited to check out the first speakeasy in South Lake Tahoe, and it didn’t disappoint! The place is small but charming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

One of the highlights of my visit was the live music, which added a vibrant energy to the space. It’s the perfect backdrop for enjoying a night out. The cocktails were impressive; each drink was crafted with care and creativity, showcasing a thoughtful selection of ingredients.

The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow during my visit.

Overall, I highly recommend this speakeasy for its unique ambiance, great live music, and fantastic cocktails.

This review is for the speakeasy in the back. We arrived with a group of 6 and no reservations, but were able to get seated. It’s a small bar, space is limited. They have a few rules (no flash photography, things like that). The drink menu had a lot of variety & the Bartender was able to make some tasty mocktails for us too. The manager was great at checking in on us, and overall we had an awesome experience. Definitely worth checking out while in SLT!

Can’t say I tried the food, but the freezer was lovely… I highly recommend asking the hostess if there’s room in the freezer for your party.

Food was good here. We went in there for bagel sandwiches which the restaurant had taken out of the menu. The staff, however, made me a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel by adding individual items. It did not amount to a really expensive meal even though everything was a side item. The Undertow is their most popular coffee drink and it definitely did the job. I mistakenly assumed it would be a warm beverage, but unfortunately it wasn’t. It was still a great drink, however.

***Worst Rueben sandwich I’ve ever eaten in 40 years.

I’ve been here multiple times.

Their burgers are good and their fried chicken and fries are normal bar fare.

Outside patio is nice and the vibe is great.

Sometime they have live music adding to the ambience

Service is a solid 3.

Surprised how bad the Reuben sandwich was. Seeing how people who like Reubens are used to a baseline standard. Not even sure if this reached a Dennys standard. If you like Reubens do not order here.

Cole slaw is old and flavorless.

Tap house down the street is better for overall bar food.

But the the location and burgers make it acceptable.

Good food and quick service. The waffles are 5 star. Good bagel sandwich. The Tahoe corned beef hash is very different than what I was expecting but still full of flavor.
