Coffee is a little bit higher than average but donuts are not good at all. And i hate “no loitering” papers! If this is a café and there are places to sit, people can enjoy! So rude!

Ordered frozen coffee. Saw the lid off blender fall to the floor. It was picked up and put on blender before blending coffee without even rinsing it off! When I picked up the drink I asked if that happened. The one who made it kept her back to me and did not acknowledge the question. The manager came over when I asked a second time and asked if I would like her to remake it. I said I wanted an honest answer to my question. The girl nodded her head yes to the manager who then turned to me and asked if I wanted it remade. Really?? Your employee just acknowledged she had picked up the tip from the floor and used it! I don’t think I would have asked the question but would have just remade it! I declined and left. Should have asked for a refund first.

This Dunkin location is overly inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes it tastes burnt. The breakfast sandwiches are ok, but the bread comes a little burnt. However, when the coffee and food are good, it’s not a bad location (conveniently located across from the Penn State campus).

I go here a lot in the mornings to do work and get breakfast, and it’s not terrible. The donuts are always fresh and the service is very good. However, when I get a bagel with cream cheese, they do a terrible job putting the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. They also cannot seem to get my coffee order correct. If you order your coffee with “less cream,” it tastes like your drinking a glass of milk.
