The manager Anthony made a pizza and delivered it after the online order system glitches. I was charged for the pizza but it never showed up in the dominos system. The manager and staff resolved the issue and my pizza was delivered. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Called in and Ordered at 10:48am told they had a Delivery person coming in and would be a little behind timing wise I said okay thats fine if you could make it when they come in so my food isn’t sitting for an hr getting cold person over the phone didn’t do that instead she said i told her nevermind then changed her answer after getting caught in a lie and said she didnt know how to do that so she didn’t put my order in i waited patiently for 2 hrs for a pizza that wasn’t going to arrive. never ordering dominos again!!!! My friend went in to grab my pizza. The lady on the phone said it would be 20 minutes which is fine. After he goes in the pizza hasn’t even been put in so they cooked. Waited 20 minutes again. While he waited tge girl in front and a gentleman in back started arguing in front of customers. Very rude to customers and poor behavior and very childish. They gave my friend a free jug of pop. Wow. Unexcusable. Called owner and he was rude and no help. Said what do you want me to do about it. Pizza tasted like gas station pizza sitting out all day. I will never go back here and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I’ll stick with pizza hut or Antioch pizza. And don’t expect delivery if 5 miles away.

I usually like dominoes but these wings were not it. Barely any sauce on it and tasted soggy and undercooked. It doesn’t even let you request the wings to be made well done on the app.

Received a $10 birthday certificate for being in the rewards program. I used to not like Domino’s much, but gave them another try a couple months ago. My family and I have been very impressed! The staff is very nice and the pizza has been cooked to perfection. We ordered a variety of four pizzas. All were good, but I think I like the Brooklyn style the best and I really enjoyed the Alfredo sauce with chicken, bacon and spinach.

We decided to give you a 2nd try. Everyone has a bad night. Well tonights experience was worse. Order # 2881. 2 pizzas & bread bites. Here we are almost 90 minutes later with no pizza. Again, disappointed. Spoke to a manager named Mike & was told our food was next to go into oven. Didn’t offer any compensation. Just told us they are very busy & we could cancel order if we didn’t wanna wait. NEVER AGAIN!¡!!
This was 10/4/24 We ordered 2 pizzas & after 1 hour the app said it was still being prepped. We called & were told it was go8ng into the oven & would be delivered in 20 minutes. Another hour later we finally got our food. No apology or excuses. I don’t mind waiting, but 2 hours was excessive for Domino’s.

I love pizza. I love Chicago pizza. I have ordered pizza from various pizzerias in the area. I will not be eating Domino’s Pizza from here or any Domino’s again. You get what you pay for. They use soybean oil and it is terrible. Next day I always feel off after eating pizza from this place. You get what you pay for; the ingredients are not as fresh as you would find at other places.

Boy oh boy! This Domino’s was so hot!.. so deliciee, just a masterpiece of a pizza. My wife and I got to watch our little babies hatch right out of the oven… They came out! So amazing! Perfect just perfect. Our little babies were.. The pineapples on her were so snappy so crunchy so Deliciee!!! , the pepperoni on My little pumpkin pizza was so perfect.. perfectly round little spicy bites of… The cheese was dripping because it was so hot and Deliciee. The sauce tasted like it was just made right there on the spot… Not only was the pizza Deliciee…. But the customer service was a step above. A cut above. Rj, sense of humor was just Grand!. Not only was he nice to deal with.. he was even better to look at!!! What a hunk!!!! Next time you’re in the area, stop by your Fox lake Domino’s and just get a piece of deliciousness.. now I’m just what. Why would I not?
