The person that was behind the counter was very rude. As a patron of Subway stores this one stands out as the rudest customer interaction I have ever encountered.
I first needed to visit the restroom and was told they were out of order! I really needed to use the restroom and got very annoyed. So I asked him where he went to the restroom and he gave a dismissive answer. So I was going to get in the line to order a meal, the bathrooms were suddenly not out of order!
I am a plumber that was a little dirty in appearance. However, that’s the other reason I needed to visit the restroom.
As I was getting more annoyed, I could no longer trust the person’s sanitary compliance, I proceeded to leave. He then, in a loud voice, tried to justify his purpose for treating me poorly. I responded by saying, “treat people right, you can do better.”
I will not be going back to this store.

I just left this subway and the staff was very rude to me and the lady in front of me because we ordered a few toppings. He told the lady behind me that some people were easy and others want more, more, more. I like a lot of veggies on my sandwich and I dont feel like it was overboard. I have never had this experience at a subway before. I will not be coming here again.

Subway is apparently adjusting for increased cost of food rather than increasing their menu cost.
THAT doesn’t work.
Less fill in the subs, regularly ordered, does not endear returning customers. They will go elsewhere AND pay more for a loaded, well prepared sub.

I’m sorry for all these 1 star reviews, but I’ve never had a problem with them.
So I’m giving them 5 stars.
For me, they’re really friendly people. They are mostly just 2 of them working there. I usually do pick up orders and they always make my sandwich right. I frequent here, A LOT, so I’m one of their regulars.
Friendliness, orders are right, atmosphere is great, I just really love this Subway.

The food was good. The service is not good. I paid 18$ for a #10 foot long meal. He charged for something I didn’t even get. My meal support to be at least 15$ but I paid more than that. Also, my mother had gotten the tuna sub meal for 6.99$ but he changed her 13.69$ for that. So I told him that he overcharged her the only thing he could say was “I’m sorry”. He called his manager to see what he does but I think the manager told him he would be there at 6 or 7 o’clock. I also asked to talk to the manager but he didn’t want to talk to me. Once he hung up with his manager he refused to give me something else. I asked him to just give me a cookie he ignored me for two minutes then he finally gave me the cookie. Also, I meant to mention he said my mother doesn’t ask for the meal but she asks him questions before she gets it. Also, the 6.99$ meal comes with two cookies or a bag of chips, he only gives her one bc he said she only asked for one. If you come to this restaurant make sure you look at your receipt bc they will get off on you. 0/10 I will not recommend anybody come here bc they will overcharge you.
