Was so excited to finally convince my wife to get lil Ceasars for dinner. Called ahead and ordered. These are the oh so rubbery and delicious bread sticks I was given. Definitely disappointed. No cheese on it even after requesting extra parm and butter on it. I think if I threw these bread sticks at my children (whom wouldn’t even eat these and they eat anything) it would give them a concussion. All 3 bags!!! Again very disappointed especially when spending 45$ here.

Very disappointing experience. They were out of pepperoni and mushrooms, which was already frustrating. We asked for whatever was ready the quickest and were told there was a pizza already made — yet we still had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get it.
The staff didn’t seem to be in any hurry, and we had to ask three separate times just to receive the pizza that was supposedly already prepared. Definitely not the level of service you expect, even from a fast-food chain.

Just left this restaurant without my pizza or a refund. Placed my order at 9:09, arrived at 9:35 for my pizza & it looked to be closed. After banging on the door, 2 young boys unlocked the door & after telling them I was there for my order they said it wasn’t ready because they decided to close early (??). I asked for a refund, they said they’re not managers so they can’t issue it but said they will cook my pizza now. At first I said okay but when the taller kid said something under his breath to the other one (& neither of them put gloves on to handle my food) I didn’t trust them to not do something to my pizza so I said I’ll contact the manager tomorrow to hopefully have this issue resolved. Being that other reviews show similar incidents with the same employees, I doubt this issue will be taken seriously but just wanted to give a heads up to future customers – Just go to the Hungry Howies around the corner cause this Little Cesars location is a JOKE.

We were so excited to see this one open near us so we don’t have to go to Longwood but man were we DISAPPOINTED OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! We kept getting the pizza burnt. We kept trying it giving them a chance but it was wasted money and time. Now we went back to Longwood. Customer service was whatever and bland. I don’t think I got much interaction nor smiles from behind the counter. With BJs next door and a whole lot of foot traffic from before they’re idiots to not have their pizza game on point. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

100% the employees working tonight should be fired. 10-28 around 7:30. They gave me uncooked pizza and they were screaming and playing around the whole time I waited. I get a work place should be fun but that fun has limits and a certain level of professionalism is expected even from a place like Little Ceasers. I went back and forth on deciding if I wanted to review this or not but receiving not fully cooked food was the final for me. If you look at all the 1 star reviews its all the same complaints about the food and the young kids. Im not looking for some kind of free food or anything just a little more respect for your work place. I won’t be back to that location anyways.

I walked in to try and grab a “hot and ready” pizza. Nothing was in the care, but a worker was in the back and looked like they were watching some dough mix. I waited a couple minutes and they didn’t do anything. Then I called out to them and they looked at me and then turned back around as if they didn’t see me. After another minute or so, they walked towards the front and I waved at them. They turned around and walked away. I decided to leave because there was nothing “hot” or “ready” about my visit.

Get friendlier workers and ones that don’t ignore when people are in the lobby literally wated for 10 minutes for them to even notice I walked through the door and still then had to wait for then to acknowledge me… and when they finally did acted like I was inconvenienced them… then come to find out my order was done the whole time
