The ice cream is always amazing. I was very excited to go with my family to get my favorite ice cream. While waiting in line I noticed two of the three servers, first of all were not wearing gloves, second of all one of them had long nails that were digging into the ice cream as she was scooping. We left before even ordering… we were really bummed.

This is one of the largest Cold Stone’s I have been to, and it is a nice space. There are plenty of sitting areas, but unfortunately, the tables may not be clean. The ice cream was good like it is in every Cold Stone. The worker was nice enough to tell me they had kid sizes for my kids! I have never been told that at other Cold Stone establishments.

Haven’t been to a Coldstone in a long time. But this was just as delicious as i remembered! The serving could have been slightly more generous. It was still exactly what i was craving though! The establishment was clean and the staff was courteous. If great pre- packed options in their freezers too!

Should probably go over cleanliness and glove change policy. I walked out after watching the girl working check people out at the register and go back with the same gloves digging her thumb into the ice cream, also used her gloves to grab her shirt and wipe her nose then continue to dish up peoples ice cream. Her gloves were covered in ice cream she may as well have ditched the spoons and mixed with her hands…gross.

I waited in line for about 45 minutes before I just left. The line barely moved in the time I was there and I didn’t have that much time to wait for ice cream. I was super disappointed. There definitely needs to be more people working and they need to speed it up. People shouldn’t be taking breaks during a rush if they’re so busy that they have a line out the door leaving just two people in there.
