I’ve frequented this location many times and have placed very large orders in the morning for my job.
I wish I had the individual names of the women who were most helpful because they deserve a shout out — they’ve made 100s of sandwiches during morning rush and they have always been quick & organized.

Got 100 FREE days of coffee at this Menands location. Also got a FREE DD coffee cup gift.

Probably the best Dunkin in the capital region. This place gets insanely busy, but the staff keeps the line moving. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And the facilities are clean. HUGE shout out to the staff.

The staff are great, very friendly but this store is CONSTANTLY sold out of items. Not sure who does the ordering for this store but they will be without multiple items for days at a time and this has been an ongoing problem. Awful!

This Dunkin’ location is ok, but I started going to a different location due to the following issues:
– My frozen chocolates were usually borderline flavorless.
– There is one employee that is a stickler about having mobile order customers give their name at the speaker before pulling up to the window, even when there’s no one else in the drive thru. Pro tip: If you only have one customer, maybe don’t needlessly boss them around.
