Ordered from Gubhub and one of our subs was just a seven inch piece of bread. Called store and was told the order said no ham cheese or anything by a very smarmy employee. Even if that was an acceptable excuse, we were missing pickles that were requested on the subs, so no, they didn’t even get THAT right.
They did not even bother calling when an order came in that did not make sense. Thats on Firehouse subs employees giving zero consideration for customers
I did NOT pay 15 dollars for a 7” loaf of wheat bread. Do not expect to get what you order from here.
Update: Grubhub said they would refund the order. However I still think folks should order elsewhere. This place just doesn’t do customer service.

The two ladies working the counter needed to spend 3 minutes wrapping up their conversation before taking my girlfriends order. Then held another conversation in the back before getting our order started. All in all it took 15 minutes to purchase two subs to go from an otherwise empty sub shop. They gave my girlfriend a nasty attitude to boot. It will be the last time we come here.

I’ve always been skeptical about this place after hearing about bad reviews from other people. I usually go to the one on Westview. When I got my food, about halfway through eating, idk how I noticed, but there was some mold on my bread. Upon looking at my food more, I found another random piece of something on the bacon (looks like plastic to me). I knew my sandwhich tasted off and this is ridiculous. Are the staff not adhering to food safety regulations?? This bread must’ve been weeks old for some mold to start growing. It was a small amount, but still disgusting to even think about. DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Slowest service of my life. I placed an online order for 2 steak and cheese subs. I was told it would only take 20 minutes. We walked in at the exact time it was said to be ready. It took them over 45 MINUTES just to make the subs. Instead of concentrating on the ONLY order that was placed, the two ladies prioritized their personal conversation about people getting “under their nerves.” This is ridiculous! You pay for a service and place an online order for the customers convenience. I am never coming here again.

ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE SERVICE. None of the four staff people had anything resembling a uniform on. They ate WHILE they prepared food. Sweet tea wasn’t made. There was an overall lack of pride or respect. It took everything I had not to tell customers walking in that literally any place to get food was better than this Firehouse subs at this time. Will never step foot in that store again. This message isn’t for the uncaring young ladies on shift… it’s for management/ownership. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I don’t know where the owner finds these people to work at this location. But they should seriously consider training them before leaving them alone to make sandwiches. If you want a proper sub that you order to actually be what you order go somewhere else. I know I won’t waste my time or money at this location again.

On a Sunday night at 8pm, we came in to eat. The “open” sign was not on, and it was dark behind the food prep area. We placed our order and asked whether we planned on eating in or to go. The food is great, but the atmosphere on a Sunday night is unwelcoming at best. Not sure if it’s a new manager or shift leader, but when the owner is there – the atmosphere is 100 percent different, and is five stars all around.

Not my first choice for a sub; family member insist this is the place for a hot sandwich. Personally, I just like my pastrami on a grill not steamed. Anyhow, been a couple of times and never had an issue with customer service, order incorrect, slow service etc. The foyer area could be a little cleaner, but overall not a bad experience. Would return and recommend.

Customer service was shaky at first. I ordered an Italian for my wife and the cashier turned to her coworker and said “I knew it” not offended but that’s not very polite. Service was fast and the food tasted good. Most of the drinks in the fountain were unavailable.
I was mostly turned off by someone I assume to be the franchise owner or upper management speaking rather angrily at the manager. I get, the store clearly isn’t running well but success starts from the top and trickles down. The people who are really in charge need to be doing the right things for the business to be successful. Letting emotions get the best of you as a manager is not doing the right thing. It’s just unprofessional.
