The workers here are SO nice! I dropped my coffee without even having a sip. I went back and told the ladies what happened and they made me a new one free of charge and they even gave me an Apple danish. Incredibly sweet staff!

Looked nice. Arrived with my daughter and waited at the counter to be served, after 2 minutes another patron arrived and ignoring us, pushed forward and the staff immediately addressed her, also ignoring us. We left immediately. Worst Starbucks experience I have had. I had been hesitant when I saw the low rating… I now know why and will not be returning.

A couple of years back I wrote a review that wasn’t from me but it was under my name. It was an old friend that constantly complained about your coffee or service. I just wanted to say I never had a problem or complaint about the service or the coffee , to me everything was always great. It always tasted good to me. I love your coffee and your service. And never again will I put in a review in for anyone else. Great job all the time.

I’m a regular at the new Starbucks by the Wyoming Valley Mall, but today I stopped into this Kingston location for the first time.
I really like it !
The AC is not overly cold, nor is the music overly loud… And their indoor and outdoor seating are all superior, by Superior I mean very comfortable !

I’m unsure whether management has changed, but the service has been amazing. The workers are kind, have more hands on deck, and drinks come out super fast unless they’re absolutely slammed. The place is always clean, the atmosphere is comfy, and the coffee cake, croissants and brownies always brighten my day, items that are missing from a lot of other locations, but they always have here!

i got a iced venti apple crisp oatmilk macchiato with pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin sauce and caramel sauce it is amazing! syrup wasn’t very well mixed but i know it’s hard to mix the syrup in a macchiato. so grab a straw to mix it if it’s not mixed that well . my mom got an iced chai with apple brown sugar and almond milk with cinnamon. pretty good! also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin which was amazing!!! she got the kale and mushroom egg bites but we think there’s cheese in it aswell. and we got the bacon egg and gouda sandwich that i always get. fall menu is here and it’s amazing!!!

I am mobile ordered a chai at 11:08 AM. I arrived at 11:28 AM because the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. They never made my drink and they said that they called my name out and I wasn’t there For an hour, so they dumped it, but the order wasn’t even placed an hour ago and the worker was talking to me the whole time. Do not recommend the girl with bright blonde hair.

Honestly, I don’t know why this Starbucks gets the ratings they do. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The coffee is always fresh and the drinks are made to perfection.
People need to be patient with it being busy. Being a former GM for Starbucks, I now know what it’s like when a team is short handed and then busy on top of it. I’m sorry, but Americans expect everything to be handed on a silver platter and in less than 5 minutes. Try working Food Service for a couple of weeks and then you will understand.
