I saw a “next-level snacking” sign at the door from outside this store, advertising churros for $2.00 and went in to order one. I paid for it and walked out the door, then realized I’d been charged $2.99. I immediately went back in and asked for a $1 refund. They said they couldn’t do that, that only the manager could authorize that and he wasn’t there. I asked them repeatedly to call the manager and one of them dialed his phone and told me he couldn’t reach him. I don’t know if he actually called the manager. They said I’d have to come back tomorrow.
The staff were extremely rude, one young woman telling me “what’s the big deal? It’s only a dollar.“
When I returned again to get a duplicate receipt—I hadn’t bothered with one the first time—and again asked for some consideration, the cashier said he’d have to ask me to leave the store, that I was “impeding the line.” The “line” consisted of one person who was nowhere near checking out.
I’m 82 years old and I don’t believe I presented any kind of physical threat to the staff. Nor do I believe I should have been treated without any courtesy.
At least they turned the sign around so that the $2 side was facing into the store.

My Granddaughter wanted to go by subway.
I hadn’t gone in years
$6.49 for a six inch sub.
Not much ham and a little sprinkle of cheese.
The 12” BMT almost $13.
What a joke.
Flat and tasteless as I remembered.
They don’t do discounts at this location.
Won’t be going back anytime soon I’ll try them maybe again in another 4 years when a footlong will be $24.99 for a footlong.
I Can make her a more healthier sandwich for half the price.
She couldn’t stomach the rest.
I warned her.
Even the dog turned her head away and didn’t want it.
“This one’s for you Grandma”

Just want to say I had some bad experiences at this store before and decided to start getting sandwiches at Jersey Mikes. As it turns out Jersey Mikes has had its service issues the last few weeks so I went back to Subway. I had a great experience at Subway, the employees were friendly and knew how to make a sandwich for a customer. I want to thank the owners for making sure the store employees are prepared to provide good service. I’ll be back!

I like subway sandwiches. This location is fairly clean and it’s nice to go in and have a clean table to eat at. They gave me extra toppings, and a good amount of Extra, when I asked for them. It makes for a good experience when they give you exactly what you want. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is because Subway isn’t a top of the line restaurant. If I am rating this Subway against other Subways it would probably be 5 stars(FYI).

1-29-2024 @ 8:15pm. Sooooo stingy on toppings! Ordered chicken and the girl scooped out 3/4 scoop and then put only half on the sandwich and dumped the rest back into the container. Seriously skimpy on the vegetables.
You would think, with Jersey Mike’s opening next door, you would put at least the expected toppings on the sandwich. Very disappointed.

It’s what you would expect from subway good food, clean dining area. With friendly honest artists. I inquired about one of the new items, and was told the feedback for other customers was not that good on it. Refreshing to hear not everything is perfect lol

Ordered “more” mayo on a simple foot long BLT and received this. The sandwich was literally a soup of mayo and mustard on soggy bread. Yum!

The girls at Subway greet you with a smile, the bathroom was clean, and after doing some studying on food I found out that they do not have the forever chemicals in their food like other fast food companies. They also pretty and they act like they care. That’s hard to find nowadays
