Y’all!!!!! I’ve only been back with Dominos for around 6 months give or take. I gave them up long ago due poor service, lack of consistency and high price with unmatched quality across all their stores I had purchased from over the years. Needless to say I decide to try again after my sun bought it for us I’ve bought and said they had gotten much better and he was right, I’m very happy with the menu upgrades. Yes a few things could be better but that’s life and it seems they are listening and working hard to accommodate. I predominantly shop this Hillsville,NC store and am thus far never disappointed in service, time or quality. I can’t complain much about cost because that is a problem everywhere and it does feel a little pricey to build your own but it will deal with it lol ( we’re northern NY to southern transplants here 27 years now and am still just as picky about my pizza). I must add that the group of employees that work at this particular store ALWAYS deliver personality, smiles and upbeat attitudes. I’ve not met one yet that makes me question their ability to work with the public. Kudos and accolades to the employees and management of this establishment. Even if I had an issue worth complaining about I would still do business here because of those people with full confidence they would make it right. I’ve called this establishment and live hearing the laughter in the back ground and have picked up several times and get the same sense when I’m in the store, they seem to be a true team. I placed a carry out order. I went in to pay for it. The pizza came out, was put in a box, and set to the side. Two minutes later,I told a person behind the counter that my pizza was sitting over there in a box, and she said she would get to it as soon as she could. Two minutes later, another person said can I help you. I said yes, that’s my pizza. That’s been sitting over there for over 5 minutes.

The Service was fantastic and fast, the insiders were nice and knew what they were doing. The GM was EXQUISITE and very fast at taking care of any probelem the customer had. The pizza i got look fantastic the managers are training the kids in there really good and props to who made my pizza one of the best around. When I went into the store it was the cleanest ever and they had some really good jams playing too 10/10 best dominos

His patience and attention to detail ensured my order was exactly as I wanted. Additionally, Tiffany’s warm and friendly demeanor when I picked up my order made the whole process delightful.
The food itself was outstanding. The pizzas were freshly made, with delicious toppings and perfectly baked crusts. The flavors were spot on, making every bite a delight. The store was impressively clean, reflecting the team’s commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Ordered 2 pizzas a bbq chicken no onions, and a chicken bacon ranch. Got home the pizzas were completely wrong, a supreme and a pepperoni mushroom. So I drove back, I was annoyed. Called them and let them know the order was wrong and was told I’d have new pizzas when I arrived.
I went inside, nicely showed my receipt and explained what happen. I didn’t even have to complain. Just explained, and what did they do?
Let me keep the 2 pizzas, gave me the correct ones remade and fresh with a short priority wait: AND a $15 credit under my phone number when I visit next, staff was nice, apologetic and friendly.
Being kind goes a long way, will definitely be coming to this location, the staff here is wonderful and even though I got the wrong food I got double the amount, got to try something different and an in store credit that doesn’t expire. I wish I could give more stars.

I had a huge order the other day and let me say that this group of employees were right on the mark. Fast, friendly and the food was fresh. Even helped me to the car. Main reason this is the only one I come to. I know I can always count on this location.
