Got a carry out order with two sandwiches around 8:30 last night. They weren’t busy at all and completely screwed up the ingredients to make them inedible. The hook and ladder was add ranch and they added mustard. And the turkey was add mustard and they added ham and ranch. I don’t eat ham and it was melted together/intertwined with cheese and turkey so it was ruined. I had ordered through the app and did the “get help” feature for a refund only to learn I’d have to return to the store if I want a refund. Horribly inconvenient. Won’t be going here again.

I originally ordered a sub from the mallard creek location in Charlotte and realized my order was sent to the wrong store. I was struggling to get a hold of that location for a refund and your rep Jose helped me with my problem from Beginning to end. I wind up getting a sub from this location and loved it. I will be coming back for sure !!!!

The atmosphere is nice. The woman taking our order wasn’t overly helpful. She didn’t ask what size sandwich I wanted, or if I wanted a drink or anything, so I automatically got charged for what seems like the largest size despite only wanting water. Our total was just about $75 for 4 of us to get medium sandwiches. The portions definitely left a lot to be desired, and the bread was extremely dry. Can’t say I’d come back.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Came in here today (11/8/25) and the 4 folks behind the counter were friendly, chatting with each other and helpful. Sandwich looked like it came off a photo shoot. I’m not even a big sandwich guy, and I’ll make a point to come back. Kudos to four stellar hires.

Lunch today at Firehouse Subs in Waverly was outstanding. The visit started with a friendly greeting by the counter person. He proceeded to be extremely interactive during the order to make sure my sub was built to exact specifications. He recommended the combo for the best value. From there, the order was served hot and fresh in less than five minutes. See my pic attached and you can sense the quality! It is no wonder this location had people coming and going Nonstop! This is a win for the Waverly Firehouse Subs Team today
