To the 76 year old woman working at the subway at cape canaveral. I really hope you have a really good Christmas. And I really hope your day get so much better than what it was early this morning for you when you open the store. Unfortunately, I’m only assuming you had a bad day. Because the comment you made to me after I simply asked if you had an item at your subway. You told me you did not have that and you did not have flat breads and from what I understood , you did not carry them at all. Which is perfectly fine! Menus change.
I have not been to a subway in years.That is my fault. But to tell me after I politely say , thank you and im sorry. ” Oh, I’m sorry.We’re not so high class” is disrespectful and a bit degrading. Here’s what you don’t know.Stress affects my stomach.There’s certain foods I can not eat right now. I have a family member in the hospital dying.

Who owns this place now?? Went in tonight and it was so disappointing.. one worker has no customer service skills, the other one is so high it’s clearly visible and he can’t remember anything 1 minute after the other told him. Not a clean table here. Not enough meatballs to make a 12 inch sub. The cold bins are barely stocked. Just a few cookies made and they don’t look appetizing and worst of all the tea containers have junk growing in the bottom. Unacceptable. I hope this is not the norm here now.

I was at this store picking up an online for my sister. First of all, when I went inside, no was in the front. I called out several times before he came out the back. The food prep area was a mess, meat and toppings all over the place. The guy had not even started the order. He fixed an order that wasn’t my sister’s. I called her and she sent me proof of the order and that ir was paid for. He still refused to do it without. I expressed my opinion and he refused to service me. I yruly believe the young man is a racist.T My sister was charged twice for a sandwich she never got. Corporate will be notified.

Looked online and it says they are open until 10pm so I drive there and try to walk in at 9:40pm and the door is locked. The open sign is lit up and the workers inside look at door and act like they don’t see me. That’s lame it’s not like it was 9:55 it was 9:40 and there sign is lit up open. Guess it’s just this new generations work ethic.

We have been coming to the subway for years, and the older gentleman who serves at the cashier is the best employee we have ever seen. He is very friendly, courteous , respectable and greets every customer as they walk in. The store is immaculate and everything is well organized, his countertops where he serve is extremely neat and organized. Chris goes over and beyond to make a difference at his store.

I have finally had it with this Subway! I go there one time and they are out of Meatballs, another time I get there and there is one employee with online orders and 3 customers ahead, I wait 20 min and finally give up. This time I get there and … wait for it … they have no ONIONS, in a sub restaurant, nearly everything on their menu is served with onions yet they have NO onions. I am done! Never going back! Finished!
