This was my second visit to Red Swan Pizza. My first experience was great—the pizza was really good, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. The pizza I received was overcooked, and I couldn’t really taste the cheese because of it. Also the paneer toping quantity was less as before. Hoping this was just a one-off issue, but it definitely didn’t match the quality of my first visit.

Red Swan Pizza in Sarnia is hands down one of my favorite pizza places. The pizza is consistently fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. I really love their sesame seed crust—it makes the pizza unique and extra tasty. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the quality is always top-notch. Had a pretty rough experience at this location today. I ordered a traditional-crust pizza, but what showed up was definitely thin crust. When I called in to sort it out, the staff kept insisting that their thin crust was actually “traditional,” which honestly didn’t sit right.
I asked to chat with the manager, but I got the same answer again. On top of that, the communication wasn’t very clear, so the whole conversation felt confusing and my concern wasn’t really understood.
Just a heads-up to management and HR: it would really help if staff got better communication training, especially for customer-facing roles. Clear communication and proper product knowledge go a long way in keeping customers happy.
Overall, not the greatest experience. Hopefully this helps improve things going forward.

Hello, I ordered Spicy Paneer Pizza and others, i must say i have never tasted something like that before, it was so amazing!!! And we really enjoyed it!!! One of the best pizza I must say and that too with Indian flavor!!! Wow! Absolute worst experience with any pizza place ever. I placed the order online and paid in advance. Then, one hour later, they called and said they can’t fulfill the order because they don’t have everything in stock. Also, they can’t confirm payment, even though I already paid. Luckily I downloaded the receipt, so had to email it to them. Meanwhile, I have guests here and the food was already supposed to be here. I’m waiting for a call from their manager who isn’t even there. So now I have to drive across town to hopefully get my money back. So absolutely brutal. I will never ever buy from red swan again. Truly the worst service I’ve had anywhere, ever. Wish I could give zero stars. So bad…..
Edit to add that I drove to red swan and they could not refund my order because there’s no manager and they won’t be there for a few days. So Red Swan stole $75 dollars from me on top of the worst service of all time and making me drive across town. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER order from here.

If they tell you your order will be ready in 20 minutes, don’t believe it. Add another 30 minutes after that before you even leave your house — especially if you live within a half-hour drive.
I placed my order over an hour in advance and still ended up waiting nearly an hour in-store. The staff kept saying “just ten more minutes.” Meanwhile, the air conditioner clearly hasn’t worked in ages, making the wait even worse.
Overall, an impressive display of poor organization and complete disregard for customers’ time.

I have order 2 med thin crust pizza and I feel like I shouldn’t order at Red Swans in life. I felt like base was not made of fresh dough instead it was ready-made base available in the market. It was worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza was not at all hot feels like pizza was already cooked and just gave it after heating.
