Great food , awesome Steaks best I ever had . Very cold beer and mixed drinks. Very friendly and clean Atmosphere . I eat here several times a week. And everything I have eaten is great here is always cooked just right and served the right way . Try this place out you will not regret it. It’s one of my favorite places to eat.

Great experience. 1st time there. The fried ravioli was delicious, best I ever had, along with the seafood stuffed redfish and chicken Marsala . Great service as well. Next time will be trying the Lasagna and Meatball spaghetti. The Italian dishes seems to be a favorite among locals. Would love to hear others favorites.

It is so hit and miss when going here. When I say hit and miss, it all depends on who is working at the time. There are a few women who work here that have a very nasty attitude. The salads are always good. The steaks can be great and they can be just horrible(supposed to be medium well, but will be burnt and dried out). Building always clean, always have seats available, decent bar.

Good service, good food. Prices are what you would expect for a nice Italian restaurant. The only issue appears is that the place is located in Plaquemine and the local folks think they (meaning the owners of Portobello’s) should give everything away for free because of that. I am actually surprised they are still open because of the mentality of the locals! I recommend the place! The food is good!

My husband and I decided to have dinner here tonight and our waitress Jasmine made our experience here amazing. She was friendly, and swift. Jasmine kept a smile even when she had other tables to wait on. Service matters..

I come here everytime I’m in town, without fail! Great environment and staff, food never disappoints. They recently changed up a few menu items I normally get and it’s still really good.

We had lunch Sunday. We had shrimp & grits, waffle & chicken, two kids plates, and dessert. Food was great. Nothing bad to say about any of the food. The service was just a little slow. We will be going back.

Attentive wait staff. Food arrived quickly and the portions were very generous. Not a fan of string potato fries or basil pesto, but everyone enjoyed their steak and chibatta sandwiches.
