Not sure what is going on out there. Had problems in the past but this time my drink wasn’t delivered. Doordash driver they outsource to denied i was supposed to have it even after I showed my email receipt. Called the manager and he knew my name (probably from my phone number) then proceeds rattle off some number i dont know and ask if that was me and I said no. Then he rattled off some order that wasn’t mine and said there’s no drink. I said that’s not my order and not what was delivered. I was delivered the right food just not the drink. He got confused and said that was his only order for me and I confirmed the store number from the email and said I was literally looking at my email confirm. I just said nevermind and I’m not ordering Papa John’s anymore which I’m not. He didn’t care (not surprised) and just said yes sir so I ended the call. Holy moly.

Third time ordering from this Papa John’s, since we moved and this is now the closest one to us. Every single time, the pizza is pathetic! Unlike the other Papa John’s. We like thin crust, but they can never get them right. It was always way too thin, too dry, over cooked, and very skimpy on the toppings. I will drive to another Papa John’s before I order from them again. So NOT worth it! We ordered The Works, Buffalo Chicken, and Pepperoni this time, and I had to take pictures to share/show. Three tries, three chances, and all bad. 🙁 Too bad because we love Papa John’s, just not this particular Papa John’s.

Went in Papa John’s for a pumpkin shaped pizza on Halloween. Got it home only to discover it was Way over cooked. Black in some areas. Our special treat was ruined. We ate it because we didn’t have time to have them make another one. They should have never let that pizza out the door.
Very disappointed! They did make things right, but the damage was already done.

So, here I am again, after having left a one star review seven months ago regarding the incompetent manager in charge during week nights, Friday nights not included. Since then, I have mainly ordered only on Friday or Saturday nights, albeit very rarely, and have been satisfied with everything. Until tonight, I probably would have given three stars (in comparison to other Papa Johns locations in Round Rock and Austin). I understand it’s the holidays, they’re probably short staffed, have every excuse every other service oriented business has. But, seriously, a simple order: one “The Meats” and one “Garden Fresh” (on Garden Fresh, we switched onions for banana peppers). The Meats pizza was good, but I have no idea what went wrong with the Garden Fresh pizza. The cheese was not fully cooked, the bell pepper slice (yes, just one) had unidentifiable round things on it, and instead of just switching the onions for the banana peppers, the employee who made this pizza decided to just empty the jar on it. I literally had banana pepper juice running down my hands by the second bite. I could understand an order being mixed up or forgotten drinks because it’s a busy time of year. But because this is not my first disappointing review of this particular location, I have to assume that sloppy and just not caring is a theme the management accepts.

i wanted to give it zero stars. the worst pizza I’ve ever bought. I got the Philly cheese steak pizza and instead of the steak there was rubbery sausages, the crust was so bad and the cheese tasted really fake… very unhappy with this.

Never again. The staff is always rude and couldn’t display their desire to be anywhere but where they are more clearly. This is my third try here after two previously terrible pizzas because Papa Johns is my favorite quick pizza by far. This visit is it.
Not only does it look like someone massively messed up the cheese but I literally watched the guy making pizzas reach his hands up into his sweaty hair to scratch his head then go back to making pizza.
On top of all that, you somehow can’t follow the proper feedback channels through Papa Johns because this location isn’t listed?
Do yourself a favor and get Domino’s or any store frozen pizza instead. This location will be out of business in less than a year at this rate.
