This place has a ton of potential, although my experience there was less than optimal. Although it was a game night the venue was not too busy. We were promptly seated outside and was told that our server would be with us shortly. First, the table had planks on the top that were bowed up and many other slats has nail points sticking out onto where you’d put your arms when eating. After waiting a considerable amount of time a waitress, who was for the other part of the restaurant came out and asked for a drink order. They brought the waters we requested and said our server should be over any minute. Probably 25 minutes after sitting down they came by to take our food order. The old fashioned I ordered came overflowing and spilled onto the table, the garnish with a very large orange wedge and cherry didn’t help the situation. It was a decently made old fashioned though. We then proceeded to wait roughly 30 minutes for our food. The chicken tenders were reminiscent of stadium or gas station tenders, decent but nothing special. The fiesta bowl came highly suggested by the wait staff. It was very salty, there was a significant amount of undercooked and hard rice in it, and the chicken was fairly dry. I will give them props that the staff was very friendly and their prices are very reasonable; however, I don’t foresee choosing this as a first choice before a game. It’s a shame because I come to many HSK games and would have loved to make it my pre-game spot. I hope that in the future they can refine the experience because as I said earlier, there’s a ton of potential here.

This place is suitable to grab a bite or drink before the hockey game. Seem like a tremendous place to watch sports. It has many TVs in the surroundings and plenty of options for bar snacks and brew.
Service was slow for us but overall not awful.
Over $17 for two Amber beers. Seem high to me. Overall great location and not bad of a place to dine before a basketball or hockey game at The Dollar Loan Center.

The food and service was good, we went during the Lee’s Beer and Tequila fest. I enjoyed the Bison Patty Melt, and my friends got the Smoke Stack Burger and Tuna Melt.
The tune melt was the wildest thing, it tasted like there was Chinese 5 Spice in it. I liked it so we swapped sandwiches but it might not be appreciated by everyone for their creativity. The Burger looked really good though, so I’ll have to come back for more

Review for The Craggy Ranch – Whitefish, Montana
My husband and I had one of the most touching dining experiences we’ve ever had at The Craggy Ranch in Whitefish MT. We had just come from visiting my father, who is quite ill and recovering from knee surgery in a nursing home. Shortly after we sat down for dinner, my father called with an emergency, and it was clear to the staff that I was distraught.
Our wonderful waitress, Ashley, noticed right away and quietly went to speak with her manager, Kate. Moments later, Kate came over and told us that the restaurant would be complementing our entire dinner out of kindness for what we were going through. I was truly moved by their compassion. Both Ashley and Kate went out of their way to show empathy and care at a time when it meant so much.
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the warmth and humanity of the staff made this an unforgettable experience. My husband and I will absolutely be returning — not just for the great meal, but for the incredible people who make this place so special.
Over several trips to Montana, we’ve found that the people here are some of the kindest you’ll ever meet. It’s heartening to be reminded that, despite what we often hear on the news, there is still so much goodness and connection in the world.

Receptionist already informed our party that the food may not come out by the time the concert starts. That means they deal with this situation tons of times. We agreed and sat happily. From soup of the moment , 2 different burger with fries, naked chicken wings with sauces in the side and the gourmet mac and cheese with chicken are delicious! Apologies wasn’t quick enough to take descent pictures of the food. Maybe next time

The appetizers were pretty big – we had the sliders and a salad, and a few drinks. Fun atmosphere! It gets pretty busy right before the games. We were there for the season opener for the Knight Hawks.

We came in and got seated, never got a waitress, waited 30 minutes for someone to come by and went to the bar to order our drinks, paid for our drinks, drank them. 20 minutes later still no server. We flagged someone down and asked for a server got someone to come over and ordered food. 40 minutes later got our food in 3 separate trips to bring everything out. Overrated. Understaffed. Definitely will not be back.

The restaurant has a menu with options of burgers, salads, bowls & tacos. I had the fish and chips, which were just the right amount of crispy and flavor. They have an extensive drink menu as well. The food portions were huge but delicious. They have an outdoor seating area with a couple of games.

Great place! Found this place after a longer Onewheel ride with my pup. Located in the Dollar Loan Center. Love the happy hour, $5 deals on a few things. Come in to find out. I will say it includes all draft beer. Amir! You killed it, and as a fellow bartender I commend you! Thank you for making my first time here better than I thought so I’m definitely coming back after I get off of work with my coworkers. I’m right down the road so even better! Lot of events to come for the dollar loan center I know it! The bar has plug ins so I know I can charge my phone/ Onewheel/jackery if need be. No gambling machines…yet. And tvs all over the place. Proper ventilation. Outside seating. Also I see corn hole and huge jenga… maybe more games to come? Football is in season so I’ll be here when im not tending bar at GVR.

Good food, great staff and an all around great experience! My friend had a major charity event scheduled at another facility at the last moment, even though she held this event there for the last 10 years. The management at Craggy Range stepped up and made the venue available with short notice. Located by the entrance of the Dollar Loan Center Arena in Henderson, it is a great place to go before or after a Silver Knights game, or at any time. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and even though they were slammed by 150 people descending on them at once, the service was fast and friendly. Our server, Joshua, was very friendly and took time with us even though he was responsible for a bunch of other people. We ordered the honey ginger chicken wings, and the Nachos, which could feed a small village. Both were excellent. For dessert we ordered the Huckleberry Cheesecake which I know I will be dreaming about. If you need a venue for a party, or just a place to get some good food, then this is the place for you!
