Haven’t had this pizza chain in many years. I keep seeing the commercials so we finally decided to give it a try again. The food was hot and tasted fresh. The biggest surprise was the staff. They were people that didnt look like me, but they were very courteous and polite and professional. Actually told me thank you. I couldn’t believe it. Breath of fresh air and I appreciate it. Keep up the good work. 5 stars.

Great pepperoni pizza. Especially when it is hot and ready. Locations get alot of traffic but $5 large pepperoni pizza is worth it. Employees do great when the restaurant is over packed with people angry to get pizza. Totally understand if they snap back to customers getting rude with them.

I was greatly impressed with them. I had four kids that I needed to feed fast. I ordered two pizzas one cheese and other pepperoni and bread sticks. The only thing they advertise is hot and ready pizza, they didn’t have one hot or ready. I had to put in my order. Service is fast, friendly and helpful.

I’ve always loved little ceasars, but recently, there seems to be a drop in quality of service. The lady at the cashier forgot my brownies and my sauce after just reviewing the order on the receipt just a second ago. She seemed not to really care about the customers experience at all.

We usually order from the Front Street store, with no issues, but since this location is on my way home, I tried it. The first time, it looked like my pizza had been tossed around, as the toppings were all over the box, and had slid off the crust, when I opened the box. Thinking it might just be a bad night, I ordered the same thing again, and didn’t get what I ordered (extra sauce, extra cheese). The pizza barely had any sauce (almost dry), and less than normal cheese, with parts of the crust completely bare. Lesson learned, I will go the long way home, to hit the Front Street store. Whether they need more training, or just don’t care, you would do well to pick a different location.

Some of the rudest people out here. Gave my door dasher a huge amount of trouble because supposedly they didn’t get my order. Then they refused to give my dasher the sauce or the drink with my order. When i called to complain about my missing items this kid on the phone just said “yeah someone has to come pick it up” in a rude tone. Can’t stand this place.
