I love pizza. I try all kinds of pizza. This place has a taste of its own. An original flavor for sure. I’ve never tasted pizza like this. Absolutely the best pizza I ever had. I didn’t think anyone could come close to hungry howies. Donatos flavor is in the pizza, not the crust. Delicious.

The manager of the location needs training on how to resolve issues! They also forgot to add what I ordered and completely didn’t make what I wanted! All I wanted was a lot of jalapeños, extra sauce and well done. I explained to the gentleman that they messed my order up last time and I’m giving them another try. He said he will make sure it’s perfect!! That did not happen! So I called the manager and told her the story and she told me she made my order and it was right! Her solution to my issue was a $2.00 credit for next time! So to make the review even longer, I returned the order and will never order from this location again!! My advice if you go to this location don’t make any changes because they can’t seem to get the order correct! It seems so petty but this isn’t rocket science!

We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes to be seen. I finally went to the counter to ask for menus and waited another few minutes. My wife ordered a salad, which came out pre-packaged. The pizza was okay, but not great. We won’t return.

I ordered two large pizzas for my family and both arrived burnt to the point of being unappetizing. Check out the plain cheese pizza we received tonight. Rest is going in the trash. Waste of $16.99, not even counting whatever they charged me for delivery fees plus my generous cash tip. The order arrived on time, so full stars for service, I guess. The rest of the experience was meh-tastic. Avoid this Donatos Pizza on medina rd. in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Sloppy. My pizza was under cooked and it was cut like someone let a 4 year old do it. The sub we ordered was completely soggy. The service was subpar and a bit unnerving. I grew up in Columbus where Donatos started. This was a poor representation of what it is supposed to be.
