During our stay at the Don CeSar we made reservations at Society table. You have the option to choose indoor or outdoor dining, we choose outdoor to enjoy the night breeze and beautiful views of the pink palace. We had a later in the evening reservation so we were ready to eat by the time we sat down but service was quick and the food came out shortly after. I ordered the American Red Snapper that was absolutely delish and very filling. My husband ordered the Whiskey Barbecue burger which he enjoyed as well.
Out of the two main restaurants on the property, this and Maritana, we had a better experience at Society table in terms of the food selection, taste, portion size and of course the outside view. This restaurant is also open for breakfast and lunch.

Our experience at Society Table was absolutely amazing — it truly saved our stay at the Don César. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy.
We were lucky to be attended by Diana, Celeste, Julio, and a very hardworking Colombian lady whose name I didn’t catch — all of them were outstanding! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, respected, and happy. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference.
On our last night, Julio took care of us personally, and he was extremely attentive, polite, and genuine. You can tell he loves what he does. Diana and Celeste deserve special recognition — they are the heart and soul of this restaurant. Always kind, patient, and with a level of service that you simply don’t find everywhere.
The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They made us feel welcome and valued, something that’s priceless.
If you visit the Don César, you must go to Society Table and ask for Diana, Celeste, Julio, and the amazing Colombian lady — they will make your day. They are, without a doubt, the best part of the entire hotel.

It’s fine. A little pricey but if you’re staying at The Don, it’s a very convenient and suitable option for any meal. The Red Snapper was surprisingly good and a good sized portion. If you order the Ceasar salad, get the dressing on the side as it’s very flavorful.

On arrival I noticed all staff wrapped up in fleece jackets. No wonder as even indoors on this chilly night there was no heating. I ordered the vegan dish Casarecce Arrabiata, which came on a luke warm plate. Surely you can provide hot plates for hot food? The overall flavour was very bizarre and had pieces of i believe broccoli thrown over the top. A very poor offering especially in such a premium hotel. I had an odd after taste in my mouth. I would not return.

Sat outside in the dining area, which is next to the pool area. Not the greatest ambience. Ordered the chicken skewers with the white rice and plantains. White rice was a bit sticky however, the plantains were excellent. My friend ordered the barbecue hamburger. Was cooked well to order and the fries were nice and hot.!

A lovely evening all around. Beautiful setting out on the deck, warm, genuine and attentive service and a fantastic menu. The food was all fantastic- all six of my party all raved about their meals including the desserts. The wine list was solid as well. Truly- it was a great night! We’ll done!

The restaurant staff made my Dad’s birthday lunch very special. They were very attentive and the food was excellent. I am giving 5 stars because of the excellent service by restaurant staff and the food, but I was charged $40 for valet service with no option for self parking. This is EXCESSIVE for lunch dining, especially since they did not allow self-parking.
