My family and I excited and we ready to eat!
Let’s see what the hype is all about. First and foremost let me tell you service was on point by the cashier / worker Tevin. Really made an amazing sell and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
If he is not the manager, then y’all need to make him one ASAP.
I recommend anyone who comes and or willing to try Bojangles to request Tevin. Please give him and outstanding raise or bonus. I’m not even making this up.
Shout out to the workers. Food has a % presentation.
Overall absolute Excellent service, now we are ready to try it and see if it’s awesome as people are making it out to be..
Let’s gooo….. … I couldn’t wait the fries are bussin

Apparently the secret sauce isn’t just in the food — it’s in the surprise pricing. Online price: one thing. In-store price: magically higher. The sauce was $0.10 more and the burger $0.50 more than what’s listed online. Not a huge amount, but why advertise one price and charge another?
When I politely asked the manager about it, I was told they “can’t help.” No explanation. No effort. Just a shrug in human form.
It’s not about the cents — it’s about transparency. If your prices change depending on whether I’m holding a phone or standing at the counter, maybe that should be clear.
Disappointing experience and even more disappointing customer service.

We discovered Bojangles when we went to Tennessee and North Carolina. The chicken biscuits are amazing with the biscuits being the best we’ve ever had. Stopped to eat lunch at this one today and it did not disappoint. Great food. The biscuits melt in your mouth. The gentleman that took our order was kind and cheerful. Definitely the type person a business would love to have representing them. Will definitely go back when we’re in this area.

Drove from Killeen, received food that wasn’t fresh 🙁
Biscuit was hard and burned but replacing the meal was no issue…
Usually, my experiences are great, but in this sense there’s room for improvement…
Locations are rare so expectations are higher!

Although it’s in a gas station, it still had seating for us. It was clean, fast and friendly. It was definitely worth the drive from Temple. And the warm BoBerry biscuits tasted amazing, just like the first time I tasted them in North Carolina back in 2004. Definitely took me back and I enjoyed all of it. From the well seasoned tenders to the seasoned fries. It was great. Military discount available.

Just went here for the first time, and I’m an addict! The chicken tenders were so juicy and flavorful. In fact, they could be spicier! The French fries were also delicious with their spice mix. And the biscuits are to die for! Wonderfully fluffy, buttery and with just the right amount of crunch. I’ll be back! Y’all have won a lifelong fan

Never had bojangles before yesterday. Strips were crispy and quite flavorful enough. The lowcountry style (Carolina?) dirty rice was unexpected but a delightful surprise. Buttery biscuit hit the spot. The Bojangles Sauce was yummy but I could take or leave… but the Peach Honey Pepper is a top shelf offering in my book! The half and half tea was fresh and delicious. I should have bought a gallon for the road! Staff was courteous and friendly. Drive through design is a bit inconvenient but due to the gas station layout, it’s fine and cannot be helped. Will definitely seek out this chain in the future!

My daughter and I stopped for some chicken strips. This was our first time ever trying Bojangles and they did not disappoint. Teven the manager was so excited it was our first time we even got to try the blueberry biscuits on the house. Everything was soooo good. Sorry no Pic to reference, we ate it all!

I gave it two stars because the young lady who took my order at the drive-through was very nice and friendly. I purchased a kid meal with two strips a drink and a biscuit my chicken obviously old it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while was not fresh wasn’t warm to touch. The dirty rice was actually pretty good and it was hot in my biscuit was OK. I went to ask for honey and they were out so I did not get to enjoy my biscuit with my chicken that wasn’t that flavorful very disappointed because this was high recommended maybe it’s just this location.

We had to do it. So this was about 19 miles from our home straight I35. It was busy. Good thing they were stock with employees. All said and done, the wait wasn’t bad. As you can see, there was no place to eat inside or outside, they needs outside seating for sure. So that’s the first negative. We had to eat outside under the tailgate, second negative. We both got the #1 combo, chicken biscuit, and hashbrowns? And drink. And 2 of their blueberry glaze. All that for $18.67. So a dollar per milr to get there. The food was nice and hot. The chicken is spicy, not bad. We both agree that the “hashbrowns” are awesome, they are more like potato cake. So, I’m saying all this. The hashbrowns and the blueberry biscuits are really really good. But 19 miles one way and spending $18, we both think the breakfast was average. We look forward to luch next.
