Awesome food quality, fast service.
I can validly say this is the best brisket I have had in a very long time.
Ambience is really pleasant for a fast food place.
Icing on the cake? Snoopy, the very friendly and professional cook, who definitely is to credit for food quality.

I’ve been looking for a BBQ place in South Bay for a while and found this gem tucked away by the beach. A+ plus service. Incredibly delicious tender fall off the bone ribs. It was lunch rush so not everything was ready for me so the manager gave me extra sides and a tub of their delicious BBQ sauce for free. Very impressed with the service. What a great treat!!! Also highly impressed with the environmentally conscious recyclable takeout boxes. That deserves an extra A+. Notice that there was a large photo of Ronald Reagan with the owners on the wall. If it’s fit for a president it’s definitely good for you!

not changed anything as well as eating in. the employees extremely friendly they wanna make sure you get everything you need love it ! these photos are indoor delivery photos so I like to set it up so you can get an idea of what it’s like most likely you’ve been there before and if not I would definitely give it a try did not even use a knife to cut sliced try tip put the fork on it push down and separate into two pieces and enjoy! The ribs are extremely tender I would make sure to hold the bone and meat at the same time this is a situation of it just Falls right off the bone I love it! All of their side dishes amazing sometimes we’ll order them and sometimes no side dish just all different types of meat absolutely fabulous thank you.Loyal customer

My favorite local neighborhood BBQ restaurant recently changed ownership and management. The quality of the food has gone down the prices especially for the sides and the snacks have more than doubled and they have new deceptive menu boards. Ordered a loaded baked potato that on the board is pictured with nice thick bacon and lots of cheese. In reality what they served was a potato with very little cheese and prefab bacon crumbles that were completely tasteless. Asked for the manager’s number to discuss this. Left a message and my call was never returned. Wouldn’t waste my money coming here there’s other much better barbecue places. Such a shame as this was convenient I liked the previous staff who went out of their way to make sure you had a good meal. All the previous staff were gone. The food was not worth the money paid and they should be fined for having picture representations of food that doesn’t even come close to what they’re serving. Also gone is the free soft serve ice cream machine that has been there for years.

I went in today and tried Dickey’s for my first time, could not be more impressed. Andrew, the only worker there was doing a great job by himself and I’m glad he was the one that made my pulled pork sandwich. Came out better than I had expected for a fast food style BBQ. Will be back for sure, thank you!!

At the time of my visit, the fountain drink machine wasn’t working, the online order machine wasn’t working, the prices that were listed on the menu were not correct, there were only two sides available, the machine to pay wouldn’t accept gift cards, and the ice cream machine didn’t work. There were so many things wrong with this place that I doubt it will be open much longer. I used to go to this place 3 times a week. Now, I’ll never go back. It’s way over priced now. $12.49 for a pulled pork sandwich by itself is way to much. I can’t see paying almost $20 for a combo, when it used to be $12.

Ribs tasted baked like they cook them in the oven not a smoker. They don’t put the sauce or ketchup or anything out for you anymore. Very uninviting dining room in general. They DO NOT want you to eat there. The ice cream machine is out of commission. In fact, the sign telling me to leave this review is on the old broken ice cream machine. Lol! The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks by the looks of it. Dickeys in general has been on a steady decline for the past few years. Service was fine if a bit curt. So disappointing.

This place sucks. I showed up a couple of weeks ago with an old college roommate from OH and the young man behind the counter literally sad they were out of meat. This past Friday night, their website wouldn’t complete the food delivery transaction online, so I called into the store where the young man who answered gave me “staffing reasons” for why the website didn’t work, and then said they didn’t take delivery or pickup orders over the phone on weekends… WTH??!!
Rather, I would highly recommend to others interested in good BBQ and hospitable service in Redondo Beach to order from HOLY COW in the Riviera Village instead.
