This is the worst location I have ever visited. They rarely make the sandwich the way you request and they always skimp on the toppings. The bread is dry and flaky. The owner doesn’t care about the customer, as no matter how many times you complain about an order being wrong they don’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered a flat bread sandwich. When gotit was cold. I got to table; the bread was cold, meat was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted.They cut my bread all around. So everything was falling out. My wife’s sandwich was cold too. I went and them heat mine up. It was put in microwave.

This location has really improved. The manager Ally made sure our food and experience was great. I’m glad to see our local Subway back to being a good place to eat again!

Ordered 2 BMT’s online. Picked them up, got home and both were wrong. Went back up there and explained what happened. Was initially gonna go off but I observed the environment first and I could tell the manager on duty was having a rough day with the little gentleman that was working with her. She fixed my order and let us have the other two that were wrong. She looked like she was just having a hard day. So instead I choose to help her smile and tell her it is ok just breathe as I understood things happen and everyone has a “off” day. I hope that made her day little better. Ty to that manager that fixed it and did it with a smile.

What can I say… Subway always has good and healthy food! Although this location was very generous with the extras! They have great employees here! They listened to what we wanted! I liked it! If I’m out this way again, I will go back here!

I didn’t get greeted for approximately 5 minutes yet I was the only one in the restaurant. The bread was cut so off that the bottom was 4 inches and the top 7 inches. No bell pepper available but yet in the parking lot adjacent to the WalMart super center so an easy fix to get ingredients that are ran out of; very sloppy put together that I had to reconstruct my sandwich once I got home. I chose Subway because their bread is softer than Jersey Mikes but not tonight …. Hard and crusty. I will choose Mike’s over this again any day. Service is less than 1 star. Do yourself a favor… go to Jersey Mike’s, or somewhere in Tyler, or make a sandwich at home and save your money.

Ordered and they completely got the order wrong and it took forever for the drive though not to mention there was only one person in the dinning area so there was not a whole lot of people to be waited on so fast food this place is not do not come to this place if your in any kind of hurry and the staff were not very friendly

A supervisor should be present at all times. The kids taking my order was clearly in a bad mood with no customer service. Just a bad attitude because she couldn’t get my order right even after repeating myself to her numerous of times and still tried to blame me for the mistakes that they caused. Since she couldn’t never get the order right and was very rude to me I Just had her to refund me my money at this point because ain’t no telling if they were going to do something bad to the sandwiches by the way they were talking and I don’t play about my food. What made it even worse is when she said she was the manager on staff. Crazy to me for her to be the manager acting that kind of way toward customers. I will no longer be going back there until they get NEW staff members.

I was at Subway this afternoon around 7:00pm and the girl that starting making my order she was pulling her pants up with her gloves on after she put them in the warmer. The other girl finished making my sandwiches and then these people come up that already had an order and I guess they didn’t have enough money so she told me let me check them out first even though I was ready to pay for my food. I don’t care if they didn’t have enough money they should’ve got in line and wait their turn. Never again will I eat in Jacksonville again. Rusk is always better. Poor customer service. They will not get anymore of my money. Maybe I need to call Corporate. Just pitiful and the food was NASTY!
