If you have a gift card, be careful. They will tell you your balance is zero. The second time I went, with my same gift cards, they tried to tell me they were no good. I called the number on the card, on speaker phone, and immediately my cards work now… each time they told me they were no good, they tried to keep the cards. I had to ask for them back. Side note, I was never addressed by the employee, even after my husband said I was ordering. All I heard from the employee was, what can I get for you sir…I will not be going back to this location! Also watch the dates on your coupons, they try to say they are expired and no good also….

Every time I order, there’s always something wrong with the order. It seems to consistently happen with extra chicken breasts orders. They substitute 2 wings for a breast or you don’t get your chicken breasts at all!
Their boneless wings aren’t all meaty. I got two pieces that were strips from a breast dipped heavily in batter. They were very thin pieces.
I didn’t care for the chicken poppers. They were more breading than meat and the meat was slightly tough.
The cken tastes good, most crusts are good.

Ordered regular combos through the drivethrough but got charged for large combos. Order was missing sides when we got checked the bag at home and sides were not larges. I am allergic to mayonnaise and was not aware that it comes on the chicken sandwich (not listed on menu at all). Also asked for extra pickles and there were 3 pickles on the sandwich.
Terrible service quality and horrible value for the amount of money spent. I will not be returning to this location.

Food was very bland. Cajun fries were bland. Chicken was crispy yet had no flavor. Mac and cheese, you get a half a small scoop in a giant cup. I will not be back.

I don’t know what kind of chicken they use but it has no meat on it. I spent $28 on two meals yesterday and threw 90% of it away. Absolute waste of money. I will never go here again. And I’m from Louisiana.
