Sweet Italian restaurant with authentic and delicious pasta. Even though on busy-ish road the cozy yet modern ambiance was perfect and conducive to conversation. Best of all our meals were delicious and service was excellent.

This was a pleasant experience. Wanted something different, heading up to Hollywood. I came across this place.
I had the rigatoni pasta with spicy arrabbiata sauce and shrimp for the protein. I added a little extra chili flake for more heat. I like a nice kick. The pasta was choice was nice and fresh.
To complete the meal, I added the ceasar salad and bread. The dressing was a nice light creamy blend that I enjoyed very much.

Absolutely delicious! I popped in for lunch and tried their specialty pasta that had fried zucchini, lemon zest, basil, mint and cheese. The texture of the pasta is perfect and fresh and the sauce was amazing. I had to order the focaccia to scoop up every last bit of sauce. New favorite spot! A casual dining place with top notch service. I really enjoyed the energy of the chef and staff team. Flavoring and portions are both very decent, especially for this part of town.
Fried shrimp and zucchini is a good appetizer to start with. It comes with light breading and fresh ingredients. Pasta is cooked to the perfect texture and the pesto sauce is delicious. Wine selection pairs really well with their dishes.
Overall experience is great and would totally come back again.

Close your eyes and you will get transported to the best trattorias in Florence, Rome or Sardinia. We were greeted by chef Michael and Maria whom are originally from Italy, they took care of us like if we were family. We ordered a Caesar salad, it was fresh, crispy and delicious. After salad we got fresh home made focaccia which was soft like a pillow and so tasty. Fresh pastas are made fresh from scratch and cooked to order, in a mix and match menu were you can create your own pasta or order from a specials menu. I got spaghetti a le Vongole – spaghetti and clams-. As one of my favorite pasta dishes I can tell that this is THE BEST I have ever had in my life, perfectly cooked al dente with the right amount of clams and a delicious white wine- lemon buttery sauce; it was heavenly.Wife got malloredus pasta arrabiata with a touch of cream, it was also delicious. Before we left, we got biscotti made with a 60 year old “grandma’s” recipe. It was the best finish for a great meal along with a good double espresso. Seriously this place serves the best pasta in all of LA and offers the best service in a cassual atmosphere. Do not miss it!!!!

Everything about this place was amazing! We ordered Rigatoni with Pink Sauce, Spaghetti with Pink Sauce, Fettuccine with Alfredo, Bruschetta, and Tiramisu! My son is the one who ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was the best I’ve ever had! The fresh made pasta is to die for! The bruschetta was absolutely delicious, as was the Tiramisu. The spaghetti and rigatoni with the pink sauce were nothing short of delicious but the Fettuccine was the star of the night.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of dining at Carasau Pasta Bar and we have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. The pasta was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, the noodles was unlike anything we’ve ever had before, bursting with flavor, and the sauce was divine. Every bite felt like a little taste of Italy! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable meal. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service shine so brightly. We would definitely be back but unfortunately we are from Seattle and won’t be around for awhile, if you’re local, take advantage of the best home made true pasta in the world! Highly recommend!
