I placed an order at the Domino’s Pizza in Elizabeth New Jersey on Westfield Avenue. They told me it would take about 30 to 40 minutes one hour had passed. I called him about my order. They said he just left another hour had passed. I called back again. They said it would be leaving in 15 minutes so they lied to me now 2 1/2 hours have gone by they never brought my order. I called back and complained to the assistant manager at night time. My order never came. I called back multiple times and they kept on hanging up on me. This is the second time this location has done this to me trying to reach to corporate headquarters to complain before I contact the Better Business Bureau and nobody picks up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint about this particular establishmen very unprofessional and poor customer service two times in a row had placed an order and never received my food after multiple hours of waiting

The Dominos on Lans Mill RD in Brick NJ is horrible. Ordered pizza wings cheesy bread garlic twists for the football game. Ordered at 3:00p. Pizza came out of the oven at 3:38. Pizza was shipped out at 4:13 pm 45 minutes from when it came out of the oven. Know it gets better the driver made me the last stop I am around the corner from the store. I will never order a Doninos pizza again the food was so cold we could not eat it. Called the store the manager said do you want me to make you a new order. I said why so I can wait another 2 hours to get my food. Well Steve at this store is a douch bag!!!!!

Went to Dominos with my husband last night on Main Street in Hackensack, NJ and the service was absolutely despicable. My husband placed an order for 2 sandwiches and soda for a total of $25.69. The person who took our order, was going to send us out with the order when my husband checked it the sandwich shown was part of that order. He the Manager stated the burned part was just cheese, ignoring the fact there was hardly any chicken, just burned bread and cheese. His staff for some reason, found our complaint to be funny. If this is how Dominos chooses to do business, it’s sad. This young man, represented Dominos poorly and his staff, took cues from him and they too thought his responses to us, were funny.
We ended up, requesting our Money back and plan to put this dominos in the rear window.

We have been ordering from this location a few times and usually the pizza is good. Today was not the case, the dough was not as good as other times, we got the wrong drink and it took them an hour or so to deliver the order. Very disappointing! I hope the service starts to improve. Thanks.

We love Dominio’s Pizza and when we saw the $5.99 pizza Saale “no doubt” we had to order. That is where our enjoyment ended.
The $5.99 pizza email when “Order Now” turned into 50% Off All Pizzas Website. That sale was still tempting but not $5.99. We opted for “Curbside” and entered our 20715 Zip Code. Our Zip Code gave us 2135 Defense Highway, Crofton, Maryland as our curbside pickup store. We ordered 4 X specialty pizzas at $8.50 plus a 15% curbside tip. Assuming we had mastered your [failed] Website, we left my iPad at home and proceeded to 2135 Defense Highway to our 4:51 PM, 20 August pickup. To our utter surprise, the pre-paid, almost $50 pizzas were not ordered from his store…SORRY…You should receive a Confirmation Email [on the iPad we left at home 15 minutes away]?
The iPad and email said our 2135 Defense Highway, Crofton, MD was available at Dominio’s Store 4673, 14621 Baltimore Avenue, Laurel, Maryland 20707.
Laurel Store was in the opposite direction as Crofton
Not our nor YOUR suggested curbside pickup…
If this were a single pizza, we would have taken our loss but 4 X Pizzas and almost $50 pre-paid, we set out at $5.00 per gallon gas to recover our pizzas. Our 4:51 PM PIZZAS were located in an unknown to us…Laurel Shopping Center and returned to our BOWIE, MARYLAND HOME at 6,30 PM.
MAKING THE 4 X PIZZAS 99…ninety-nine…99 minutes from oven to table…WHY!!!
Lessons Learned:
Do not trust the Dominio’s Online App, I.e., bait and switch pricing and location switching etc.
Do not leave iPhone or iPad until “Confirmation Email is received.
Cancel order if price and location exceed what you signed up for…
We have most of 4 X pizzas left so we will have time to forget and better plan our next pizza purchase, Is worth it…
I have all printed and saved digital emails to substantiate my detailed disaster; if you chose to ignore this, I will consider seeking other remedies

I would give negative 5 for this Dominos store. It’s the worst store i have ever had pizza from. They never prepare pizza below 2 hours. 2 hours is also not certain. I had to cancel my order atleast 7-8 times because the store could not prepare because of the wait list. Domino’s REALLY NEED TO ACT AGAINST THEM and close down this location because it’s as good as not being there. I didn’t even upload a photo as i never received my order. Please sue them over doing this to the customers. WORST STORE EVER!

Ordered pizza got it 2 hrs late and no sauces for the cake . Called them back and asked for the sauces because I paid for them and they were needed for the cake . Waited another 2 hrs and still no sauces and we will not be ordering from there again.
