We had a great experience at The Beastro! Donna was outgoing and very informative. Even though it was busy, the team stayed on top of everything and got our food out in a decent amount of time. The food was excellent — we had the Tomato & Mozzarella pizza with gluten free crust, which was delicious and the chicken tenders. The tenders were huge and definitely worth the value! The whole family had a great time at the zoo and we’ll definitely be back again.

Overpriced and poor quality. Very salty fries. Buffalo Pizza was very spicy (no any mention about that in menu or during the order). Sausage in kids meal is just awfull. I don’t know what it is made of, definitely not meat.
Not enjoyable. Not tasty. Expensive junk.
Avoid.
Long queue before order and even longer (~20mins) waiting after the order.

Really expensive. I have blood sugar issues and brought my own snacks that are safe for me. I had to go back to my car to leave them behind because the guy at the gate would let me bring in an anything but a water bottle. I have an autoimmune disease and can’t eat just anything. I told him that but that didn’t matter. I am obviously older. My grandson wanted to eat later and I had to stop at the café. I needed to drink something. The prices are off the wall for drinks especially. They charge for refills after you spend 12 dollars for a cup.
My grandson didn’t like the chicken tenders because they were tough and tasteless but the fries were okay. Gouging people is not cool. Since I couldn’t eat I was very weak and had to get back home. I think they should make allowances for people with other types of handicaps then the ones that are obvious. The zoo itself though is nice and a nice place to take your kids or for a date.

Great customer service- friendly workers and easy to use order system. Dissatisfied with prices- $5 for a soda and no refill is wild. Burger was overcooked as well.

I work in food service. Fire your expo guy. It should not take an hour to get an order of fries and two fountain drinks.

please update the order terminals to have the correct item images. i spent 8 dollars on a kids cup because the picture had a straw cup- a cute decorative one, the cup we received is a boring ugly black coffee-esque cup with no straw and no available straws. my skn can’t drink it himself.

We took visiting family to San Antonio Zoo for Zoo Lights and had dinner at the Beastro. The burgers were amazing, the fries were very good, as were the onion rings. The only complaint, from my spoiled granddaughter, was no free refills on soda. But I can live with that. My husband and I plant to return to the Zoo and have lunch, without the grandkids.
