Went to Neighborhoods Grill and Bar today after seeing photos of some beautiful wings. We were not disappointed! We were warmly greeted with smiling faces and lovely service. They have an extensive menu so we are looking forward to trying more food there!
The wings were beautifully cooked and came with macaroni and cheese (or another side of your choosing). We took our order to go today, but I was impressed with the atmosphere there…Clean and comfortable. Definitely a welcome option for some great food, you can tell that they really care and love was put into it. Check them out!

We pulled up right when the opened and never got out of the car. We saw the cook come out the back door with garbage, walked it to the dumpster and then proceeded to drink a bottle of beer in the dumpster area and threw the container over the fence. Then he walked back to the kitchen door, lit up a cigarette and entered the kitchen.
Absolutely now way we were going to allow anyone who is intoxicated and smoking to touch our food.

The food that I did receive was good. I ordered honey lemon wings they were out. I ordered a sausage dog and they waited until my food was done to tell me they were out and had to refund me. I would have easily got the hotdog or burger instead. I feel like the customer service could have been better. I ordered 5 wings they gave me 4 drums and one flat. These are things people care about. I will visit again soon to try the catfish. Restaurant was clean.

Fresh not fast. Service was friendly and helpful. Hot. Big fan in the dining room. Limited sides available. Ordered specials. It took a while. We were the only customers at the time. Cheeseburger was underwhelming and dry. If you don’t toast the buns, don’t skimp on the condiments. Fries were freaky hot and crispy but not seasoned. Wings sorely lacked seasoning too. Hot but bland. Much room for improvement.

I enjoyed the Burgers and fries, my husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich, and my son liked the Philly. Luckily the showed me my food and there was any item missing, but after he looked at my receipt he made the order right before I left. Honey Bun cake is really good. As long as they keep the food good and have friendly service then I will continue to return.

So I didn’t want to do this but I just sat on the phone for 8 mins waiting for someone to come back on the phone. Just to talk to them about my order they messed up. I order the Grill Chicken sandwich with a Add on of fries and Crush drink. Received the Sandwich but no sides. I also ordered the Side of Mac and Cheese. Didn’t receive that either. Now I know this “Food Business” just jumping off but when your wrong your wrong and I shouldn’t have had to stay on the phone to speak to someone about my order and never got the conversation. I heard good reviews and even had a Hot dog the other day. I guess it’s a New cook or staff today because it don’t compare to today. I’m a Chef myself and have a Business I would never push customers off. I hate When Black business turn me down cause I LOVE TO SUPPORT EVEN ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL. I wish they didn’t act like this today.

Spent $200 for 6 fish dinners. Waited over 2 hours to receive them at the restaurant. Cashier/Cook repeatedly complained about the size of our order and the fact that we “took” all their fish to other customers and to us. It was my first and last time patronizing this business!

I have ordered here a few times, and have received great service but today the young lady that kept answering the phone and putting me on hold was very rude, had no couth and very unprofessional. Clearly, she did not know how to answer a phone professionally or take an order She just said Hello, then can you hold on for a minute. I was on hold for almost 5 minutes the first time then about 10 minutes the second time. I stop calling and came here to make a review because customer service does matter! Please stop allowing under trained staff to work in your place of business, if want your business to grow and be profitable.
