these guys are absolutely amazing. I gave them a call at five minutes of 10 and the gentleman at the front desk said no problem please come down. I’ve never been to a place that treat their customer so well unlike these gentlemen I would definitely come back time and time again just because Of tonight, if this was any other place, they would close the doors and say we are closed, but not these guys the best in Salem hands-down

I asked for delivery told them my address which is less then 1 mile they deliver a lot farther they said sorry we don’t deliver that address mind now that not me ordering but my friend who is at same exact place has got delivery from this place more than 20 times yes recently and we always tip good because it is on highway but not some dirt road

I’ve lived in Salem for over 40 yrs. I used to go here a lot. Then for whatever reason I stopped probably due to new names and trendy spots. I’ve recently ordered delivery twice in last month. My 17 yr old son loves the food and I agree. Staff are courteous, polite and are willing to accommodate. Delivery is always hot and fast. Plus is a card reader upon delivery which is super convenient . I’ve never eaten in the restaurant but I’m sure the food tastes the same. Hence the rating.

Decent pie at reasonable price. Left canobie lake late, starving, and we were able to grab a few pies beforehitting the rd. Evn tho they were getting ready to close up the gentleman running the shop let us all eat inside. Thanks Salam house

I just ordered an Italian sub 9-9-2025 2:00 pm, and bit into a small chewed up piece of wood that resembled a tooth pick. I knew when I walked into this smelly dump with the cashier not changing his plastic gloves after giving me change and making food, I should have left. I gave the piece of wood to the person who made my sub and left. I didn’t ask for a refund I made my point leaving.

I ordered a sub for delivery at 8:58 PM, and by 10:07 PM, my order had still not arrived, despite being promised delivery within 35-40 minutes. I called several times before they closed to check on my order, but there was no answer. To make matters worse, I’ve already been charged. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Ordered from here for the first time yesterday. The guy on the phone was very pleasant to talk to. My order consisted of one large cheese pizza, one large buffalo chicken pizza and one large order of fries. I will start out by saying that the large cheese pizza was an absolute mess. There was no sauce on it, it was burnt on the bottom and it was hard to chew. The fries were mediocre steak fries with regular ones mixed in. The one and only silver lining to this was the buffalo chicken pizza as it was fairly decent. It was light and had good flavor to it. That is the sole reason why I didn’t give this place 1 star. I’ll attach a photo of some of the contents of my order. Overall, 2 out of 5 stars, would not recommend.

Greek Salad with Steak Tips – The tips were meh, and the salad was just pitiful. The side Serina bread was like a rock.
Our order was over $80 so I could go on but I won’t. But it’s absolutely fair to say that our first order was also our last.

Check the price before ordering. They overcharge.. they don’t give you receipt and need to specially ask.. they do not honour the price what is written on the screen.. the person is very rude too if you ask.. it’s not clean as well spider m web at kids candies
