The food is straight up bad. Tastes super strange, like it wasnt cooked on clean dishes. I get they have to pre-make the ingredients and then heat them all up together but half the chicken in my ramen was cold like it was microwaved unevenly, And it was pretty much the same for the edamame we ordered. The service was fine and the people were nice, but the food just Wasn’t worth spending money on

Met my friend for dinner here and I was so excited to finally try it; let me tell you, it definitely exceeded my expectations! The staff was so friendly, the food was hot and delicious and they were very quick! I will definitely be back! Heads up: they, like many other places now, are asking for vaccination cards for dine in so just be prepared if you want to eat there.

A decent, if forgettable, ramen place. Quite small. You order at the counter and they bring your order to the table. The staff are super polite and accommodating to requests to eliminate toppings. They were very sweet and attentive. We were served quickly. The ramen itself had a good broth (I had miso, spicy), though the meat was a bit chewy. There was a very large quantity of noodles, and the bowl was very filling. All in all, a good experience, but not a particularly unique or special quality. A good place to go for a quick bowl for lunch, as the price is pretty decent.

Ramen 101 is our first take at Ramen in Concord. This place is a small hangout spot with good food, atmosphere and really nice staff. Pricing is slightly on the higher side for the place and ambiance we get to experience. Everything seems good but parking on a busy day would be a hard sell. However, there is a public parking lot near Todo Santos Plaza. Give it a try if you’re around.
