I placed an order online. When I went to pick up the order, I didn’t go home. I had several stops to make. Once I got home, I was prepared to reheat the pizza, which wasn’t a problem. When I looked into the box with the cheesy bread. I realized it was burnt. I called the female manager on duty and requested a refund or either a remake. She gave me different reasons why she didn’t want to do it. The fact that I called a couple of hours later, she was trying to say that I was lying and that I had eaten it already. I told her, I called a couple of hours later because I got home a couple hours later. That does not change the fact that the bread was burnt!!!! After exchanging words, she yelled that she will just give me a refund for the entire order just so she doesn’t have to deal with it. Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me!!! She was very rude. If she treats all her customers like this, a lot more complaints will follow. I have never had an experience like this when I order during the evening shift. She needs to be retrained in customer service, especially if she suppose to be the manager on duty. I can only imagine how the associates on her shift will act.

Domino’s never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and delivered fast. The pizza has great flavor, the sides are consistent, and the service is super reliable. Definitely my go-to spot when I want something quick and good.

Made my pizza wrong the first time. Burnt it. And also used the same cutter they use on the gluten filled pizzas and a gluten free pizza. You could kill someone doing that. Not cool.

Was not giving correct wait times. Pizza was out for delivery for over 35-40 minutes and over 30 minutes past the first time estimated stated on the website. Cold on arrival.

Consistently pretty good! Except they really, really suck at cutting a pizza. Seriously. Maybe try harder at that? That’s my only criticism.

Today I ordered pizza to work. Dasher put up pizza in a WRONG location instead of give it to me ! He called me but I was at work and unfortunately wasn’t able to answer. He even not wanted to try to wait for me . People like him not supposed to work at your pizza place!!!! Since your workers delivery it. Shame on you!!!!
