Went to this Dunkin because this is my closest Dunkin to my house. We ordered the Bacon Jam sandwich and halfway thru my sandwich there was a giant hair in the middle. We went in to get a replacement sandwich and the cashier was extremely rude and said that we are always at this dunkin, causing issues and demanding refunds. None of that is true. My normal dunkin is Route 50. We never asked for a refund but she refunded us and demanded we leave. We just wanted another sandwich after showing her the sandwich. I will be contacting corporate.

Id do negative stars on the service and atmosphere if i could. You can tell the staff dont want to be there and they’re also very rude and cold. Can’t be bothered to even be warm to customers. I know everyone has their own issues going on, but you dont have to be mad at the world. They decided to not get me my drink even though i asked for and paid for 3 items.

All these horrible reviews js so sad to see, I’m a regular and have been multiple times a day to get my coffee at this location. They are aways happy and laughing and sometimes even have my coffee ready before I order!!! Great team and great bosses!!! They make my visit quick easy and pleasant!!!

Purchased a coffee for $3.73. I gave the employee $5. My change was $1.25, not $1.27 which is the correct amount and the amount displayed on the register as change. I asked if they stopped giving pennies and was told yes. However, there are no signs that I could see regarding this policy, and I was not informed when I gave the employee the cash. Makes me sad.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes before being helped while the workers complained to eachother about personal matters by the drive through window.
When someone got around to it I was greeted with: “What are you having” I ordered 9 doughnuts and she tried to stuff them all into a box. I then heard the co workers describing how upset they were about the last cruellers being taken. I had also ordered a drink, which came out un mixed and the top barely on. 0/10 will never come to this location again .

I’ve become tired of the level of incompetence at this location. When these younger employees don’t know how to do something.. they lie to the customer and tell them “they are not allowed. ” this has happened countless times. They also do not respect religious rights and dietary needs when it comes to the swine they serve. The other day the boy working couldn’t simply remove the bacon from my food and said he was “not allowed” because he didn’t know how. Today the girl couldn’t simply add onto our order once we got to the window to pay, after she rushed us through.. when there was not even a line, nor a single customer besides us. Employees should not behave this way to the customers who frequent this location. Its a massive slap in the face for us local regulars and makes us want to boycott this location.

Dunkin is usually great, this location shines for all the wrong reasons. Surly staff, bad coffee, bad attitudes, long wait times when they’re really not that busy. This time I just threw my coffee out, didn’t even taste it. The girl who made it was rude, confused, and slow…I didn’t even trust that it was safe to drink.

Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes. Placed order and pulled up to the window. Liberal lady with mask lost her mind saying she couldn’t hear me when I ordered. Told me I has to go around and place order again. I refused so she threatened to call cops. I left and called to speak with manager. Same lady answered the phone. Screamed at me again and hung up. Go to dunkin every day and never delta with this. Will never go to this location again!

I’ve frequented this dunkin for years now as it’s a 4 minute drive from my house but my most recent interaction with one employee was enough to deter me for the foreseeable future(on top of a steady decline in quality of service). I’ve been using the dunkin on the go to place my drive thru orders for a few years now, I’ve never had any issues and usually by the time I get to the dunkin or thru the line my items are ready or don’t take long. Recently instead of placing the order at my home I placed it at the Stewart’s across the street anticipating a long line to wait in. Upon arrival there was not a single car in the drive-thru nor were there many in the lot. Once I pulled up I said “hello I have an on the go for (name), I’m a little early today I’m sorry about that!” to which the girl on the speaker said no problem and had me move up. Like I said I frequent this dunkin so I’m always kind to the employees and use my pleases, thank yous, good mornings, what have you. Once I pull up (again NO CARS BEHIND ME) my window was down and their window was open. I’m patiently waiting when the one woman who always works window and has a face mask with some sports team on it loudly begins complaining about my order where I can hear her. Eventually she says “well I gotta wait for all HER stuff to be done since she wanted to be here ONE MINUTE AFTER ORDERING” said in a very loud, condescending and belittling tone- made to make me feel guilty. Mind you this is not my usual- and I had already apologized at the window for being there so early. To this I said to her “well I could’ve pulled up to the window and ordered the same thing and you still would’ve had to wait for my order??” Because that’s literally how the drive thru works. To which she began going off at me claiming if I ordered at the window I’d get it quicker and she’s going to make to pull around to the end of the line if I do this again. I was a bit shocked at this point- it’s incredibly unprofessional to complain to me the customer about having to do your job. she complained about how she has to wait for the stickers to print and I ordered two espresso drinks when they only have one espresso machine- to me it sounds like she’s taking the fact that her job is not set up for success on me the customer instead of just dealing with the conditions in which she’s been given to work. I can understand being frustrated when your job isn’t set up for success- trust me I work in food service myself- but it’s the job of the employee to ensure the customer doesn’t know about all that and to treat them kindly and with respect. I feel bad for her coworkers that she embarrassed with her outbursts. It looks bad on the store.
