Absolutely awful ordered a cold cut sub and they served me a stray bologna sandwich for $27. This is an absolute rip off. These people must think that we don’t know the difference in meats aside from the fact that when I asked them about it, they belligerently lied to your face. You ask him about the ingredients that you put in and they still lied to your face doesn’t matter what you do you’re basically just taking whatever they’re shoving and that’s all there is to it. This is not a good business model. I would not come here. I don’t recommend anybody to come here. Poor service poor food. ripping people off with fake meat!!!!!!! how do you have three different meats that all look the same this makes absolutely no sense lousy that’s the best way I can describe this place absolutely lousy and a total waste of time! Does anyone else see the mortadella or the salami in the sandwich? Feel free to comment in become proactive that way these companies can quit taking advantage of us needless to say a double meat sandwich that leave someone hungry who’s ever heard of that comment in if you see the missing meats if your tired of it comment on make it known invite to the world

I walk in and the lady is changing the garbages bags. I have to Wait till she’s done with this task mind you. When she starts to take my order I ask her if she can wash her hands and tell her she was changing the trash bags and she says I didn’t touch anything . I tell her yes you touched the garbage . She proceeded to put just water no soap. Horrible !!!

At 8:55pm I came to the store to pick up my mobile order of two sandwiches and when I got there is wasn’t on the order pick section so I waited the line to then ask about the sandwiches and a blonde older lady told me someone took it and confused I said no I’m the person who’s supposed to pick up my order under my name she said some Uber guy took it. As I try to explain the situation that it’s a pick up not delivering and that she’s not making sense because it’s a pick up not an Uber order and I try to show her on the app she didn’t want to see it just kept telling me I’m wrong there’s nothing she can do for me but to charge me for new sandwiches. She calls the manager and the manager said not to make me new sandwiches and that I have to pay out of pocket for them to replace the sandwiches. I stood my ground because I knew this was wrong and I politely said no I’m not paying for it you guys gave it away instead of checking for the name of the order and it’s not an Uber order for the 3rd time I try to explain. The other lady black hair also Hispanic was saying we’ll make you a free one sandwich so you can leave. I said it’s not free I paid for it and the other sandwiches was mishandled. She then spoke bad about me to the other lady as if to make me look bad and in front of the other customers I felt uncomfortable. She then told me cancel the order thru the app were a store not an app when I asked for a refund. I said on the app it’s not even shown as done it’s still shown as being build/made so that’s another thing they didn’t want to hear me on. So finally blonde older lady decided to make me the sandwiches after giving me a hard time. I also, explained to them to cancel the order I would have to call the store and speak to the manger I did my research online she ignored me and walked away after I was trying to help them understand what happened. I will not be ordering from this subway again.

We went to order footlong veggie delight but they did not have any bread so we had to order a pizza and a wrap. It was the worst pizza and wrap off my life. Because they did not even cut the pizza into pieces. Also the behavior of the lady was pretty rude. I want visit here again

I just came out right now from this subway. The blonde older woman was so rude and also the other lady with dark hair. The older blonde lady was mad at the costumer next to me because he didn’t understand Spanish completely and she misunderstood what number sub he wanted. And you can tell he had anxiety and didn’t want speak up about her mistake. She was harassing the poor kid all because he didn’t understand her and was too nervous to speak up. And when he spoke up about her mistake she got visibly angry. I told the lady in Spanish. Not all people speak Spanish. The lady in dark hair was talking bad about a customer she had the other night because of the same mistake. It was so uncomfortable

I placed an order on the app. With specific instructions. My sandwiches did not get toasted and upon getting there the cookies I ordered were sold out. The person in charge didn’t do anything to try to accommodate the inconvenience. The meatballs in my daughters sub were burnt as well. The whole experience was not good. The first time in a long time. Because I’m an avid Subway eater. I won’t be going back anytime soon. There was also a language barrier. People that work there should be able to communicate with all different types of customers. Not just Spanish speaking ones.
