I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the chain in quite some time. The quality of the food truly stood out—it was prepared properly, served hot, and tasted fresh. While it did take a little longer than usual for the order to be ready, the wait was absolutely worth it. The extra care and attention that went into preparing the food was clear from the very first bite.
What impressed me even more was the effort and professionalism of the staff. Working in fast food is not an easy job, and it often goes underappreciated. However, the team here deserves recognition for the pride they take in their work. From the way the food was presented to the courteous service at the drive through, it was evident that they were committed to doing their jobs well.

Driest double quarter pounder I have ever ate. Ordered to go so I didn’t start eating it until I was on the road. Service was great however. Very friendly and understanding. Clean as well. I give them a chance to redeem themselves.

Ordered at the kiosk, we waited for almost 40 mins to get our food. It was ridiculous. The drive thru continued to get served while we just stood waiting. There was one sweet girl who got us our drink cups who kept apologizing, she was the only bright spot of our experience. We stopped here on a drive home and were an hour out. We didn’t get any dip with our nuggets and although I checked for all the meals I forgot about sauce. We could have almost been home in the time it took get food. The floors were filthy, the tables were filthy, the chairs were all over and I only saw one man wearing gloves in the kitchen. I will never return.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with how disappointing my experience was. I went to McDonald’s expecting a quick, decent meal but was met with nothing but frustration from start to finish.
First, the drive-thru line took an absurd 15 minutes to get through, with no cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window, I was met with a completely disinterested employee who didn’t even bother to say a word—just handed me my food like it was a chore.
Then came the food—if you can even call it that. The fries were cold and soggy, as if they’d been sitting out for hours. The burger? Completely wrong. I asked for no pickles, and guess what? Pickles in EVERY bite. Not to mention the bun was stale and felt like it had been sitting out in a plastic bag all day.
And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. The dining area was an absolute mess, with trash everywhere, sticky tables, and floors that looked like they hadn’t been swept in days.
Honestly, I’ve had better food at a gas station. If you’re craving fast food, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else—this place is a joke.

I’m not for the fast food. However, their service is excellent. I enjoy the coffee, and often, their associates provide refills for those still seated. The establishment is clean and the staff responds quickly to any concerns to the contrary.

The food is actually not the strong suit. I mean it’s mcdonalds. They’re shakes however are a different story. The shakes have always been delicious. The drive through here in gladstone is fast and efficient. The people are usually friendly. Only issue is you do occasionally get cold food. But overall. Not bad.
