MEP Meals offers a weekly meal prep service in the Treasure Valley. All orders are placed online without the hassle of driving to an onsite location. We cook, portion, and deliver healthy meals right to your door. Our customers are generally busy people who want to live a general healthy lifestyle, lose weight, or achieve specific health and fitness related goals. Many people who have medical conditions such as diabetes also enjoy our weekly meal service. We also offer 3 FREE pick up locations in the Treasure Valley!

This is hands down the BEST meal service I’ve ever had. The veggies are always perfectly seasoned and the meats are unreal, especially the carne asada, which is honestly better than the Mexican markets around town. If you’re trying to eat healthy or just need fast, convenient meals for the week, I highly recommend this service. You will not regret it! Huge shout-out for Saturday deliveries and Sunday pickups, it makes staying on track all week so much easier.

Over the past year, I’ve been on a quest to find the best meal prep company in the Meridian/Boise area! I have tried all of them and finally found the BEST!!! I’ve been buying from MEP meals every week, for the past 5 weeks and am thrilled to report the meals are above and beyond all the others.
Don’t waste your time with any other meal prep kitchen.
R J, the owner, is the nicest guy in the industry and welcomes any feedback about his meals….. pretty sure you’ll be thanking him every week!! He truly cares about the quality of his product.
Bonus fact: This is the only place I’ve found in the area that doesn’t cook with seed oils or any of the bad oils, he strictly uses Extra Virgin Olive Oil. He’ll even show you what he uses, if you’re interested like I was!
The meals can be picked up at their Meridian location or they do have home-delivery available also.
Give MEP Meals a try, you won’t be disappointed and you will become a regular customer just like me!!!
