I waited over 20 minutes at Sonic for a chili dog and ended up with almost no chili—just a small spoonful spread thin and covered in cheese. The chili was watery and didn’t taste right. Very disappointed after wasting time and money on this order.

You order a soft drink and they pack the ice in the cup with a mallet. You only get 3 or 4 drinks of your soft drink and no refills. Service is slow and the staff is not your friend!

I was disappointed today that I was making my order and requested one of those “Customize your drink “a blue coconut and the girl in the speaker says, that drink is only if you orderer in the APP???? I said forget it……but when I received my order I asked the girl who brought it to me my previous order, and guess what! She said WE ALWAYS CAN MAKE IT IF YOU REQUESTED…..and she got my new order, she gas really good ,but no the girl in the speaker, I think she’s lazy and bad for business

Had to wait over 25 minutes and push the button twice with no answer just to go in and find the place nasty and flooded. Cesar was the assistant manager working and had very poor customer service and was wearing crocks in the flooded building

I felt rushed trying to order my food. The girl sounded like she didn’t care if she got my order right. When it was time to pay the tap screen didn’t work. I got home and my burger was all wrong and I got a large tot and the amount I received was a medium.

I ate half of this Chili Cheese Coney before I realized the bread had mold. It made me violently ill. It’s pretty gross. I hope they check their breads from now on after they read this review, but I personally won’t eat there every again.
