Masters Pizza never misses. I’ve been ordering the Cbus Thin consistently for over a year now, and it’s been spot-on every single time. Same great crust, perfect balance of sauce and cheese, and always cooked just right. That kind of consistency is hard to find, and it’s why Masters is my go-to. Highly recommend.

Everything about my two experiences with this Master Pizza was fantastic. I’ve always loved Master Pizza and I was ecstatic to learn that one opened up in my area. They deliver to my house, so I will be ordering from them regularly. Both times, the pizza was fresh, the online ordering was easy/flawless, and the delivery was early and perfectly done. I see some negative reviews out there but I strongly encourage you to give this place a try if you want great quality pizza at a fairly reasonable price. There are cheaper places, but none of them come close to this level of quality.

Ordered the Vegan Pizza today through DoorDash and a Veggie Supreme was delivered. When we called the store the person knew exactly what I was referring too however thought it was cute to say “Oh my, on the screen it said Veggie” ummm no, not when the receipt clearly says VEGAN Supreme. People are vegan for a reason and you think its funny you sent the wrong pizza… Nice Job! Teach your employees how to read the order screen and double check food that they are sending out. This is unacceptable…

ordered a pizza from Master Pizza and waited over two hours. The pizza never showed up. When I finally called, they put me on hold and then told me the pizza had been sitting on the takeout rack the entire time. No one bothered to call and let me know.
They offered to comp a pizza, but after already waiting two hours, am I really supposed to wait another two? On top of that, they already took my payment, so now I’m stuck waiting for a refund for food I never received.
This is completely unacceptable customer service and a total waste of time. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Decent pizza. Got the Cleveland style crust. It’s a thicker crust, very filling. Had ham and sausage. Ham is nothing to write home about but the sausage was excellent. My kid got the pepperoni special pizza. She loved it. Wife got a salad. She said it was ok…needed some regular lettuce.

We tried a few kinds of pizza. Detroit style, and thin crust. The sauce was a little sweet for my taste. The Detroit style had nice crispy corners, but the pizza tasted a bit too dry. Overall decent experience.

Got their gluten free cauliflower crust pizzas. The veggie was pretty good with the balsamic drizzle and the supreme had good robust sauce. I’m glad it didn’t throw me off ketosis so this place is a win when it comes to finding keto options! The wings were okay and all the sauces came in separately! The one thing unique about them is their risen Cauliflower crust. Something I’ve not seen anywhere else!

I can’t say enough great things about Master Pizza in Westlake. Second time I’ve had them (first was at a party), and both times wonderful! I have a dairy allergy so I get the vegan mozz cheese on my pizza and it’s rich and silky. Their pizza dough has a nice soft chew to it and is way better than another pizza joint I’ve tried with DF cheese. Plus for the price I got a LOT of toppings with the veggie pizza option.
I do recommend using their app because you can’t get the vegan mozz on third party apps like UE. Definitely ordering from here again! The staff was very friendly when we arrived and even asked if we needed plates or silverware. Quite considerate! Thank you Master Pizza ❤️

My husband and I LOVED this pizza. And, the Detroit Gluten Free Crust was absolutely amazing (and I did not get sick, yay!). I’ll probably skip the crushed tomatoes next time as they were a little awkward and didn’t add anything to the pizza. We placed our order online, including a couple modifications, and it was exactly what we ordered. We can’t wait to get it again.
