Pizza was falling apart, had to go back in to ask for icing, service was not very attentive. The quality is about equal to a soup kitchen. The only reason I can imagine ever coming here again is due to the cheap cost. However… At that point… I might just try a soup kitchen…. (I ordered a medium the works pizza and an order of cinnamon pull aparts).

I love their pizza. I do not like their wings. They’re not crispy so the skin is way too chewy. Their parking lot is too small and I actually got into a car accident in their parking lot.

I’m not convinced they know what pizza is. I have no idea what this crust is – not anywhere close to the crust I’ve had at PJ in the past. Why they need >2 inches of that plain, unseasoned, chewy “crust” is beyond me.
Barely any sauce or toppings. Like they made a small pizza using a large pizza crust.
Half of my garlic dipping sauces were already opened straight out of the box.
Called to ask for a partial refund and had to *beg* for it. Finally the manager appeared to say he’d give me a partial refund, but before anything was confirmed, he hung up on me.
I will say, as of this morning, the partial refund did come through. I just hope they get a much better quality control process.

They’re always good here! Papa John’s is honestly the only pizza place that I will eat at! Not to mention they are one of the few people that offer Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce! Never had a complaint! The staff is always friendly and can tell are great people!

I decided to order a heart-shaped pizza for my fiancee on Valentine’s day. When i called in to place the order the woman i spoke with seemed very professional.
But, when i got there. I noticed not only did the dude making the pizzas look just like “Kodak Black” but he also don’t have a mask on .
To me… I look at It like this during the preparation you were just breathing all over my food while still in the middle of a whole pandemic…smh
Looks can be very deceiving! And to answer some questions many viewers may have is…. It’ss pineapples on the pizza, not banana peppers
Take my advice and don’t waste your money at these papa John’s.

Our family orders from this location often. As of today, that’s changed. Whenever I order for delivery, I request that all of my food is taped shut. Every time prior to tonight, my request was granted. I do not feel comfortable with the high turnover of delivery drivers & this location using DoorDash drivers to deliver my food. Once the order was placed online, I called the store to make my request. I was informed my request would be granted. When my food arrived, none of my food was taped shut! I called & a man answered stating that my food was taped shut & as I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t, he hung up on me. I called back, this same man yelled & said “our delivery drivers don’t mess with the food,” then he hung up on me a 2nd time. I called back a 3rd time, he picked up the phone & instantly hung it up. I called a 4th time & that call went straight to their automated system, then eventually the call was disconnected. This man was rude & unprofessional! He needs customer service training.

The fact that y’all raise the price, makes it terrible. Y’all always had a $9.99 large pizza special but now y’all raise the price for what makes no sense and a whole bunch of people that I know don’t order from you guys no more because why did y’all have to raise that price for it? That was convenient 999 for a large carry out special was convenient and y’all just had to mess it up SMH now we gotta go to another pizza company and right now. Pizza Hut has a special for $9.99 like I don’t get it now Pizza Hut knows that y’all don’t have a $9.99 (Pizza because I raise the price and they are now taking advantage of that. Did that make sense if I was the owner I would keep it at that because I know a lot of people will come to that, but now that the prices has raised up What piece of company would not take advantage of that right now make it make sense.
