food was fresh and flavorful and they provide very generous portions of noodles. i like that you pay a flat price per bowl and they don’t weigh out the veggies and meat and charge you that way. loved the service as a first timer he explained everything and was very kind. noodles also reheat well if you have leftovers.
serving stations are kept clean and organized which i found impressive and welcoming.

Amazing. Incredible. Life-changing. These words completely encapsulate what the Gengis Khan experience felt like. All aspects of this establishment were truly a testament to what pure bliss is. Starting with the initial transaction, it was quick, simple, and familiar. Next was the tough choices faced when having to pick out which delectable meats, vegetables, and garnishes to add to your very own concoction. Finishing off the sequence was watching the chef putting immense effort into cooking the chosen ingredients. As my first visit to this kitchen, I had no idea what was in store for me. I was not disappointed. I just wanted to give thanks to Alan, he made this entire series of events way more memorable than any other mundane visit to a food court vendor would be.
