We had a great server named Angel. He was kind, funny and made great recommendations for drinks. We stopped in just to grab a few cocktails and figured a nice hotel like the St. Regis would do the trick. We were not disappointed. The menu was not very extensive but from the few options we had, it was great.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Matthew for his outstanding service and dedication to his profession. I heard about the Burger bar at the Saint Regis through some family friends who also had a really great experience and recommended Matthew. I brought my girlfriend and I am planning on bringing my mom next week. I am a local and I’m always looking for a really great venues that have an amazing view, amazing atmosphere, amazing food, but most importantly great service. It’s really hard to put your finger on good service when you see it, but it’s very easy to put Your finger on good service when you feel it. Matthew makes an extra effort to remember all of his clients by name, ensure that he knows the reason why you’re on your trip and while I was there having a few drinks I overheard him ask every single client I came in the restaurant what exactly that reason was. In the matter of an hour I knew that there were anniversaries, birthdays, leisure stays, and business days. Really cool that I was able to meet new people because he opened the conversational environment in a friendly and professional way. It really just made the whole experience much more warm and friendly for the entire venue. I think the most important thing is the fact that Mathew. I think the most important thing is the fact that his service feels more like a one wholesome experience of hospitality versus being at a restaurant because at the end of the day you’re there to eat, but it does feel like so much more. I only had the opportunity to see the restaurant, but I can’t imagine what the pool, Beach, events and other staff are like just based off of the way that his service was. Let alone the hotel was absolutely gorgeous from head to toe. All in all I give everything a five star experience and it’s one of the reasons why this hotel is one of the few five-star hotels in Miami. You can definitely tell that this hotel takes the time to higher quality stuff starting from the front of the hotel at the valet all the way to the back of the house.

We had a very nice experience coming there for a dinner. Surprisingly, the restaurant was participating in Miami Spice, so 3 course dinner was $39. They served a good size portions. The chocolate fudge was awesome. The service is attentive and nice too.

We visited family staying at the hotel and had dinner at the BH Burger Bar. Our server Fred was amazing! He recommended amazing drinks and food. He went above and beyond and even took an amazing group photo of all of us. We will absolutely be back because of the great experience. Thank you, Fred!

Definitely not the best place you’ll eat in Bal Harbor. We all had burgers- they were tasty. Onion rings so so. Service very very slow. My $9 draft corona tasted watered down and wasn’t that cold. Being in a hotel the food was way overpriced for the value received. Take a walk down the street and chances are you’ll have a better overall experience.

Disappointed. We went for Miami Spice dinner menu only to find the scallops (was one scallop, not ‘s”) and the Gnocchi was overcooked, almost like mash potatos with lot and lots of oil. We informed the staff, who simply relayed to the kitchen, offering no substitute or other option. Poor food and poor service = AVOID THIS PLACE.

Had lunch twice here with the kids. While there is no view of the beach/pool, the food was good and kids were happy. But the best part on our visits was actually the service. We were treated like family. I’d like to visit here again.

Restaurant was empty when we called. Immediately we were told there was only about 6 items available. We chose a cheeseburger and onion rings to share. We waited and waited. When it came out it was cold. Waited and waited to attract the attention of the servers. She looked shocked that a customer had interupted her smoking and chatting. Waited and waited again for a slightly warmer nondescript burger.
