The pizza had what looked like a rip or bite out of it so I removed it from the rest. I usually don’t have problem with this location but this was awful! The cheesy bread was good but I’m not coming to this location anymore. Tampering with the food is seriously not okay!

I will start by saying this is the worst little Caesars to go , wait time always insane, they dirty all the time , poor customer service , look they Kitchen before you order you will thank me later, but this don’t end there. They use the wrong equipment for prep station like a (paint brush) to put garlic sauce on your crazy breads you love. I find one long paint brush hair inside the crazy bread as I was eating . I when to the store and they don’t denied they say happly happens sometimes. Like was normal with a smile on. I will take this to corporate. I have pictures that I will send to corp. Becarefull eating here.

I stopped by the store today to grab a pizza for my son and the girl taking care is the costumers named Kayla has the best customer services I have gotten in a while. So nice and attentive. I hope Little Caesars recognize her !

Today, I had the worst experience here. Yesterday, I ordered the crazy puffs for the first time, and they were terrific. I ordered and picked them up today, and they were awful. On my way home, I tried them, and they were super dry, no sauce at all (which was not the case yesterday). I tried calling the store several times to discuss this, but no one answered. So I turned around and went back to the store. My husband (a chef) took them back and said they were very dry and the manager said they aren’t supposed to have sauce, to which my husband said yesterday they did. He insisted they aren’t made with sauce. He didn’t offer to remake them, nor did we want him to, his solution was to offer a small cup of pizza sauce.

If these had been sold yesterday, dry and tasteless, we wouldn’t have returned today. Due to the lack of compromise, admitting there should be sauce and a general lack of decent customer service, I will not purchase any food from here-even though we have a hungry teenaged boy that likes their pizza. Do better, and the manager needs training in customer service and is setting a bad example…where is the franchise owner?

Came in this morning a hour after they opened, and they wouldn’t take my order (as well as other customers Not just mines) (please check your cameras if you guys record, on their service this morning) because they didn’t have nothing ready. They told us to come back later in at least 25 minutes! Then the employees were talking LOUDLY about they need tips! And we’re just standing behind the counter talking about needing tips from the customers and not being productive working on orders.

Jojo is the Manager on duty from what I was told. They need more training and better customer service. Or a better paying job, if they feel the need to discuss that information in front of customers. We are there to buy food and enjoy.

Horrible Customer Service!!!

Oh let me also add, that the lady up front also said her son was a hacker. She made a comment about if the guy doesn’t come back to get his order with a few pizzas that had just ordered, she got on her cell phone and demonstrated how she was gonna text her son to hack the customers number. Very Unprofessional and should be looked into…for your future customers.

I will not be ordering online for that reason, or giving this location my information.

Would rate zero if allowed. Ordered simple large pep. online, only to be completely ignored when I went to pick up. Waited an hour, during that time the store ran out of boxes. Asked for refund….no refund. The “boss” was at a party, 2 hours away….what a joke. Please don’t go there

I ordered online and came into the store 15 minutes after placing the order and still had to wait an extra 30-40ish minutes. The staff was clearly not organized with each other and hey, maybe they were low staffed but it was clear that they were unorganized and a complete mess. When I finally got my order, the guy didn’t tell me until he was actively handing me the food that my crazy bread was unavailable but he at least gave me stuffed crazy bread as an alternative option. Got home and then realized that the crust was almost rock solid and there was barely ANY marina sauce, I could not taste any sauce, just pure dough and cheese. I only knew that there was any because I was able to see a very thin layer of it. Oh and I was also missing my dipping sauce on top of everything else, these employees are running around like headless chickens and clearly keep messing up orders

Horrible experience, i ordered a half and half pizza and when i picked it up it was the toppings all over the pizza. I called about it, they told me to call them 10 mins later cause it was “busy”. I told the manager the situation and his response “bring it over and we will remake it” like if i have the time to bring it back and if i live god damn close to the place. I offered the that I would give them the order number so they can have it on time but they said no, bring it. Completely rude manager. I jave pictures of the pizza amd the order if you dare reply with “where is the proof” I’ll love to put it here but there is option for it. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF A TIME.
