This place started out well, but after COVID it’s become terrible. The food quality has decreased incredibly, not to mention how the prices have skyrocketed. Seriously, we’re eating at a regular, everyday place, so why are they charging up to $100 for three combinations of Chinese rice? It’s unbelievable! Be careful, folks, because these people are ripping you off. I definitely don’t recommend it!

I ordered 2 fried dumplings n instead of freshly fried they were rubbery n slimy. The meat had a funny taste I couldn’t place. I called to complain letting them know my son and I only tried one of each because it was uneatable n they refused to give us a refund. While calling in the complaint they hung up on me repeatedly which is why I felt uncomfortable with them handling my food again The only thing they offered was to remake it n I’d have to pick it up. When I told them I was uncomfortable trusting them to cook for me again since they all had huge attitude when they ruined my dinner I didn’t trust them to touch my food again the girl actually said “Good cause we’ll never deliver to ur number again!” HORRIBLE food I had a Marine try one n they’re trained to eat anything and he couldn’t eat it either he spit it out.

Drove from EHT to Pville, order Chicken w/Broccoli and pork fried rice their food is pretty good if I took that drive just for one order. Came back home getting ready to eat when I notice they put more broccoli than meat.
Called the restaurant to tell them and basically the woman that answer the phone called me a liar and that I probably ate the chicken before calling them. I don’t need to lie about something so basic. I know prices are pretty high on everything but that doesn’t give them the right to give less food. They should give a decent portion for the price we’re paying. Is really rude of yall part to call a customer a liar. Looking at yall reviews is not only me saying this, instead of calling the customer a liar you guys should do something about it because it look like you guys are ripping ppl off. Not cool. And since that woman that answer the phone wanted me to go back with the food so she can see if i was lying or not like she is giving me gas money or gas is free well I have attached the picture so every one can be the judge, I took the picture before taking a bite. Thanks alot but stop being so cheap with the food when yall prices are pretty high. Remember this inflation is hurting everyone not just you and be considered with yall customers because if not they just gonna leave one by one. Yall reviews are not looking good at all. Good luck now u have one less customer to worry ✌️

Make sure you ask for prices before you order and total before you hang up. They never tell you. Won’t be going here anymore. Only came here because empire was closed. First order was $31.13 second order was $23.48 without rice not paying attention much. Today I order the first original order again, which is general chicken with pork fried rice large pork fried rice and fried chicken., but today I’m charged $35. 40. Im like how much is the rice it’s $8.12 i think she said. But I was charged over $12 from the first order, making the large rice $12 and some change. That’s far from the American way. Empire was shut down or whatever. The government needs to get on these people who think they can keep changing their prices whenever it suits them and charge people whatever. That’s 3 different prices for the same food.

Very friendly staff. Family business. Food is great and stands out even among the chinese restaurants in the area. As for the negative reviews – I think it’s misleading. As someone who has worked in Chinese restaurants in delivery, we used to get customers who abused the system and employees (who lacked english). This included returning food that was mostly eaten, credit card dispute for food they ordered, extremely unreasonable food requests, etc.). I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.
