Large house fried rice. Loaded it up, shrimp and chicken are good, beef was sliced Philly meat, still good though. Latina behind the counter was prompt and super helpful.

Trash customer service representatives because they always have their phone in their hands cross contaminating all orders with their germs. They never wash their hands after touching their phone and they don’t apologize for their poor listening skill when they get your order incorrect. Instead they text about you amongst themselves rather than simply apologizing. Which I zoomed in and saw for myself. They know to text it and not say it.(Scary (Clock it). The owners are never there to correct them. I would be concerned about consumer privacy rights because they could easily capture your card data and buy more citi trends looking attire. Don’t go and risk your personal information being taken, but rider being messed up, or germs being issued out by hand.

11/02/2024 3:37 PM This place food sucks and customer service sucks. Both owners (gray Toyota pickup truck) are rude to customers and disrespectful towards their employees. Fried catfish is fried HARD, basically nothing but crust no meat. Fries are stale and overcooked. Wings are stale, soft and drenched in sauce.

I wouldn’t given you that star. The shrimp boil was awful. The shrimps wasn’t cleaned and small. The potatoes was HUGE the sausages was sliced and small. It was just AWFUL and you guys should be ashamed of yourself. I drove to Columbus Georgia on a outing and decided to stop at your place to eat. Just for me to NEVER EVER stop again. Your cashier was in pajamas and impatient. Her and her friends throwing season salt at each other and on the floor. It was just Awful and you all do not deserve that one star.

I am beyond disappointed. The wings were tiny, fried rice was mushy, fries were overcooked which also taste like reheated cold fries. And on top of that, there were cockroaches in the building. I’ve never had my food from other places like this this is disgraceful. I asked for refund and they REFUSED!

I don’t know who was on the phone the other day but I was soooooo happy to hear their voice! Such a pleasant, knowledgeable soul. She was very respectful and gregarious. Awesome employee. I wish I knew her name.
