I had a great first time experience at Viva Tropicana! The ceviche was absolutely incredible…so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I used the hot flamin Tostitos but you can get the deluxe with noodles too.
And let me talk about that Crazy Cup with their chocolate ice cream… beyond belief!

We had a great experience at Viva Tropicana! The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, and perfect for a night out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can really tell they put care into every dish. The drinks were also excellent and well-crafted.
What really stood out was the friendly and attentive service that made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. This is definitely a wonderful spot for a date night, celebration, or just a relaxing evening with friends. We will absolutely be back!

Viva Tropicana is on another level! Everything is super fresh, especially the fruits — you can really taste the difference. The ceviche is delicious and made right there, which makes it even better. Their slushies are so refreshing, and the homemade ice cream is AMAZING. Everything tastes fresh and made with love. 100% recommended, you have to try it!

Delicious, I highly recommend the mini pancakes.
The mint chocolate chip ice cream is also great, the chocolate chips are pretty big.

Such a cute little spot! The decorations were adorable and unique. The Cookie Monster ice cream was so good and the Mexican corn. The owners are so accommodating and friendly. I absolutely LOVE that there is a prayer request box! I think it’s so cute that they sell little cross bracelets! Will definitely be our new spot!

The Menu is Vast with 32 option plus you can customize and the ice cream is homemade and all the flavors are delicious many topping to choose from. Get one of the mystery bags you will be happy you did lots of good surprises in them. The customer service is great and the atmosphere is very family oriented. There is a prayer request box and if you would like a free Bible drop your name and phone number into the prayer box. Go pay them a visit it’s awesome.

Just had the dorinachos and pina colada energy drink. Absolutely fantastic and the staff were so welcoming and informative. Definitely will be back and highly recommend. I would’ve added photos but the trays are now empty. Mmmmmm.

We tried the strawberries, bananas and cream with pecans, the Super Bowl ice cream dessert, and the Rainbow Crush slushie—everything was delicious! Viva Tropicana is a beautiful, clean establishment, and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely be back to try more from their yummy menu!
