I’ve asked for less rice and extra veggies three times now. Everytime I get barely any veggies and tons rice. Come on!!!! The entire container is all rice below the chicken. Got charged extra $1.99 for what? Just noticed on receipt when I got home. Extra chicken was $2.69. Asked for extra sauce when they handed me the bag and they said it was on it. So they didn’t add more. They have to go sauce cups sitting there. Rude. Lastly the chicken doesn’t taste anything close to the mall. Won’t go back.

the delicious mall chicken teriyaki in a strip mall format. They can be a bit slow when busy, but they seem to be improving that. I’m not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad.

This is my second time giving this establishment my business and for the second time im very disappointed but i guarantee you this will definitely be my last time period…food is over priced and the portion size for all menu items are under sized they serve the bare minimum in terms of portion size, food isn’t flavorful whatsoever….after I ate there food I had to go to Chipotle and buy a bowl to actually get full you’ve been warned never buy from this place until they get it together there. I’m actually so disappointed I’m truly considering calling up my credit card company and getting this food charged reverse I’m extremely unsatisfied…

These dudes show up each and everyday with an enviable work ethic. Longest wait, even when slammed, maybe 10 minutes. Often not a wait whatsoever, They’re awesome. Keep up the excellent work, gentlemen…and do yourself a favor and grab your next meal here if in the area.
*given that a single meal is $10, what more could anyone ask?
Personal note: while temporarily staying near location, theyve fed me on perhaps 75 occasions. They have sweet moves. Thank you. Look forward to seeing you again soon

My husband ordered take out sushi for me for Valentine’s Day. It was so amazing! Even tho it was take out the fried parts of the sushi was still crunchy which is rare to happen when you order to go sushi. Inshallah I will go here again

DELICIOUS! I love that I don’t have to drive 20+ minutes, finding mall parking, and then walking into the mall to then stand in a long line for my Sarku! This is a new opening business, so like many others, let’s give them patience to work out their customer flow! I was greeted immediately! My food was hot! And of course tasted great! I would give zero stars if I could, I was just at sarku Japan in Brooklyn Ohio and when I got home to eat my food I found a very large piece of plastic in it, upon discovering it I called the establishment and without even telling them which part of food the manager said to me “was it in the vegetables?” Which means this is a common reoccurrence. My two year old son who was eating off of my meal could’ve easily choked on it. I’m beyond upset and disgusted with this restaurant. I’m not even one to write reviews but enough is enough.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. You really have to check your food before leaving. Got a Bento box and my sushi rice waa all hard and uncooked..the lettuce on my salad was wilted and disgusting. Ordered and had to pay 3.99 on some noodles that were soggy, overcooked, no tatse and bland. My Ramen noodle tastes better that what I had to pay for. Go to the mall instead and spend there.
